Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to--battle, intelligence gathering, diversions--this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons; however, the object can be no smaller than 1 foot long in at least one dimension. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a master of this technique (which is generally an Academy graduation requirement) makes the user physically and visually the same as the transformed person or object in question, giving the user the exact mass and physical qualities of whatever they transformed into. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. This technique does not give a ninja the abilities or jutsu of a person they transform into, nor can give the user the damaging ability of a weapon. Doujutsu and other sensory techniques can easily pick out the use of this jutsu. This, and the fact that the chakra of the user would be active, normal makes it easier for sensing techniques to pick out transformed people. Costs 5 chakra on activation, and an additional 5 chakra every 2 posts.

Description: The Substitution Technique is an age-old skill which enables the user to move at speeds beyond readable perception for a fraction of a moment. Switching with a solid item previously mentioned in the thread in place of themselves, the ninja leaves behind a flickering after-image for a second, which, if damaged, releases the chakra which holds it in place in a small smoke cloud, revealing the nature of the technique and the item they have switched with. Though, a skilled user's afterimage is able to show some of the signs of natural impact as if it were solid, if only for a very short period, before 'poofing'. The user coming out of the technique creates a similar audio and visual cue with a small cloud of translucent smoke and a 'poofing' sound on appearance in the location of the item they Substituted with. Though, as they move at such high speeds, it is impossible to coordinate a physical attack in any form. Ninja using Kawarimi, therefore, while being able to maneuver close to an opponent, are unable to set up or follow through with any pre-prepared strike at high speed. (Though it can be used to appear, 'and then' launch an attack, a ninja cannot appear 'in mid strike' as it is impossible to coordinate on such a scale at those speeds.)

Description: A technique taught at the Ninja Academy requiring chakra control. By using Kai, a ninja disrupts their own flow of chakra, then starts it again. This allows a ninja to escape from illusions, provided he or she has figured out that a Genjutsu is active. Ninja can use this ability on their comrades to save them from genjutsu. It is possible for this technique to fail, if the user misjudges the power of the genjutsu and does not put in enough chakra to stop their chakra flow.

This is an E-ranked technique, but has variable chakra costs.

  • Genin: 15 chakra for a D-ranked Genjutsu, 30 for C. Genin cannot dispel B-ranked Genjutsu.
  • Chuunin: 25 chakra for a C-ranked Genjutsu, 40 for B. Chuunin cannot dispel A-ranked Genjutsu.
  • Special Jounin: 35 chakra for a B-ranked Genjutsu, 50 for A. Toku-Jou cannot dispel S-ranked Genjutsu.
  • Jounin: 45 chakra for an A-ranked Genjutsu, 60 for S. Jounin cannot dispel SS-ranked Genjutsu.
  • Sannin/Kage: 50 chakra for an S-ranked Genjutsu, 80 for unboosted SS. Only Genjutsu that specifically say that they cannot be Dissipated (such as Tsukuyomi) are the exception.

~Kai can dispel multiple genjutsu at once, but only on the user or another person, not both. The highest-rank genjutsu costs the normal amount to Dissipate, then the second costs the normal amount -5, the third -10, and so on. So, if a genin was caught under a C-rank and two D-rank genjutsu, it would cost 30 chakra to dispel the C-rank jutsu, 10 to dispel the second, and 5 to dispel the third.

Description: Supernatural Walking Practice is a basic ninja technique. It involves using chakra flow to channel chakra to one's hands or feet, allowing him/her to walk on, or cling to, surfaces that normally do not allow it. This includes, but is not limited to, walls/ceilings, trees, and even water. Should the flow of chakra stop for any reason, the user will immediately fall off of the surface they are walking on, or plunge underwater.

Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expand the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use.
The jutsu can be used to either store an item in something or to summon it from something. But it can’t be both.
This jutsu has a variable chakra cost depending on the item summoned from the scroll.

The chakra cost for this jutsu is dependent on the rank of the item being reinforced.

Description: This jutsu generates long, fibrous, malleable chakra strings from each of the user's fingers. The condensed chakra takes a hue of variable colour depending on the user. Use of this technique on puppets is only allowed by those with the Kugutsu specialty. However, people without skill in Puppetry can still generate chakra strings to control weapons in a flail or even yo-yo fashion within a 20m radius.

Use on humans is restricted to only human puppets in your locker (you cannot control living people). All chakra strings are able to be cut using a jutsu with substantial force (blunt attacks, cutting, piercing) of C-rank or higher. However, the user can expend 15 chakra to reattach the strings however they see fit.

Three types of strings:
Multiple control (-5 chakra per turn):
The chakra strings at this rank are more tailored to controlling the base functions of many puppets as opposed to putting an astounding amount of effort into the control of few. Using this technique depending on the user's rank they are able to control up to 10 puppets, though the trade off is each of them operate at -1 of the user's unaugmented speed and reaction time (meaning jutsu, item and SC buffs/ +1's are not included, but ones from clans are.)
D rank = 2 puppets
C rank = 4
B rank = 6
A rank = 8
S rank = 9
SS rank = 10



Balanced Control (-5 chakra per turn):
Using more focused control on the puppets the user wields they are able to focus more into their puppets movement, and therefore they no longer receive the negative influence to their speed that the mass control strings had. However, the puppets still receive -1 to reaction time and less puppets are able to operate at this capacity per rank.
D-C rank = Max of 2 puppets
B-A rank 4
S-SS rank = 5



Focused control (-5 chakra per turn):
The user, with these strings, is able to literally control their puppets with such mastery as if they were basically human themselves. The concentration at this level requires they dedicate themselves into only one or two puppets, but they operate without any negatives what so ever, and move at the user's unaugmented speed and reaction times.

Description: Using either their Bukijutsu or Taijutsu training, the user deflects and returns up to 10 thrown objects. The objects are returned back at the sender at the same speed as when thrown.  This number is dwindled down if objects are enhanced by chakra.  Ability to deflect and return chakra enhanced thrown objects are limited to 2 at equal rank, and 1 of any rank higher, while for each rank lower to this jutsu adds 1 more thrown object that can be deflected/returned.

Description: The user bites their thumb, spreads their blood on their stomach, then presses their palm upon their belly while saying the name of the Body Seal.  Once activated, any ninjutsu of equal (and lower) rank ninjutsu directed at them are absorbed into the seal. After absorbing 1 ninjutsu, any additional ninjutsu cost additional 5 chakra to seal D-B rank ninjutsu and 10 chakra to seal A-S rank ninjutsu.

Description: Inscribing a single Kanji into the ground, the practitioner channel's chakra through it. At this point a dome of fire forms around the practitioner protecting them from a jutsu one rank higher(except Suiton) along with deflect any projectile the same rank or lower. The dome dissipates either after blocking 2-D jutsu or 1 higher ranking one. Along with blocking (3)D and (1)C rank Buki/Tai respectively. In short, the barrier will stand up to the attack momentarily before succumbing to it.  B-Rank and higher jutsu will break through the jutsu completely and still do full damage to the user, this also applies with C-Rank Suiton. Also, if contact is made with the Fire Dome, the area of contact will receive 1st degree burns.

Long-Range: The motions of the Bukijutsu user shoot out small (half meter long) bolts of Raiton chakra at the target.  Contact gives first degree burns on impact.
Close Range/Contact: The weapons are infused with Raiton chakra and send shocks to the opponent when hit by the weapon, creating first degree electrical burns on points of impact added to the weapon's own damaging effects.
Explosive Seal:

Description:
The fuuinjutsu user draws the characters are founded on a standard tag or onto an object than forming the tiger seals sends chakra through the characters causing an explosive to occur. This explosion is roughly three meters  in radius, causing 1st degree burns to those caught within the center, and 1st degree to anywhere outside of the center, along with flinging them four meters away.  Any fuuinjutsu user with basic knowledge of seal(C Rank in Fuuinjutsu) can remove the seal fairly easily. Those who who ain't fuuinjutsu specialist can override the seal by flooding it with an D rank amount of chakra equivalent to the seal rank. Activation cost -10.

Description: This jutsu is a work around for the pesky requirement of touch that is needed for most Fuuinjutsu. When cast with another Fuuinjutsu that is touch range, a seal envelopes the partnered jutsu in an orb, then launched at the target at 40 meters per second. This orb carries both the partner jutsu and applies it to whatever it hits as if the user manually placed it, and carries the impact of a decently strong punch. This jutsu is only able to carry C rank jutsu and below. Can only be used on one other Fuuinjutsu per use.

Description: Molding Raiton chakra into her weapons, Suzume can concentrate high amounts of lightning to the tip of her weapon(s) when they are pointed upwards.  The tip then can send out 5 lightning bolts in any direction from the tip.  While performing this jutsu the user puts a coat of chakra over their bodies to protect themselves only from this lightning jutsu, while the ten lightning bolts spread over 8 meters around Suzume, shocking people in this radius with third degree burns on impact.  To those that get within 15 meters become in range of these same lightning bolts and become a highly potential conduit to the cackling lightning weapon(s)/rod(s).  The lightning bolts will specifically target those that ONLY are within this larger radius (not also those within the smaller 8 meter radius) and then race at a rate of 30 mp/s to meet the target and mold itself into a "blade", piercing 2.5 inches deep and electrocuting them at the closest body part to the creation of the lightning.  Only one lightning bolt per target so that this jutsu can hit multiple targets (up to 5 targets per post).  The target will suffer third degree burns at points of impact and second degree burns on the surrounding area (within 3 inches of impact).  Grazing of the lightning bolts will also cause second degree burns.  Despite the speed at which this jutsu is performed the sight of the raiton chakra travelling through the air is a giveaway of an attack heading the target’s way.

Description: Suzume spins rapidly while focusing fire chakra to her weapon(s).  This creates a spinning inferno of scarlet flames coming from her weapons only and burns everything around the user within the extension of the flames (5 meters) around the user during the spin and Suzume can shoot (3) balls of flames 1 meters in diameter in any direction at a target.  Direct hits give third degree burns at points of impact while grazes give second degree burns to the target (grazes within 1 meter of the fireball).  Those within the 5 meters of Suzume get third degree burns and are continually burned until forced back outside of range.

Description: Upon making contact by hand with the target, the user can create the seal by focusing chakra to form the seal.  The seal expands upon the target, wrapping itself around the person starting from where the user's hand touched.  This sealing technique binds the person, restricting them from moving for the duration of the jutsu.  This seal primarily is a choking jutsu, restricting the target from breathing.  For this to work, the user must keep one hand on the person for the full length of the jutsu or it will break.  Can also be broken by an individual with higher rank Strength which will allow them to force themselves free, breaking the ability. This process would take 1 post, during which time their arms and legs will still be restrained.

Description: Suzume twirls her weapon(s) around her wrists at an incredible speed that would be enough to stop normal projectiles, however she enhances them with Raiton chakra to propel the weapon(s) faster so she can block high speed jutsu and enhanced projectiles.  This technique is capable of deflecting against a single S rank jutsu, 2 A rank jutsu, or 4 B rank jutsu. C rank jutsu and below are ineffective against this technique. A single A rank fuuton jutsu, 2 B rank, or 4 C rank fuuton jutsu can also destroy the barrier.  On the other hand 2 S rank Doton jutsu, 3 A rank, or 5 B rank Doton techniques are needed to break through this Raiton technique.  Any SS rank technique breaks through this defense completely and hit the user.

Explosive Seal - Update the cooldown to "Duration + 2" and get rid of the second degree burns (D-Ranks may only do first degree tissue damage). You may however increase the knockback to a higher number, if you wish.

Seal Delivery - Lower the speed to a maximum of 25 meters per second and detail the damage of the impact.

Returning Barrier - Limit it to one C-Rank rather than two. Also, can Ninjutsu lower than C-Rank be pulled in by the barrier? If so, you may return two D-Rank Ninjutsu, since they are a rank lower. And increase the cooldown to five posts.

Fireball Launcher is fine as is.

Lightning Ball - Lower the lacerations to 1.5 inches maximum. Increase the cooldown to five posts.

Edited. The Fire Dome isn't really something that damages, just a technique blocker. Right now it doesn't harm, but if that's allowable could I put in minor 1st degree burns?

Done all of required edits. For Propeller Deflector, would it be able to weaken said SS or does it break through unfazed?

Yes, you may add burns to Fire Dome.

On Propeller Deflector, SS-Rank techniques would go through unfazed. I wouldn't consider that a problem, SS-Ranks are going to be quite rare considering +1s to jutsu aren't going to be around nearly as much and they will be unable to stack. Looks like you already put that in, so it's fine.

Everything else is fine as well, so it looks like you only have to edit Fire Dome.
