Raiton - Electrical current runs through them. Physically touching the user electrocutes the victim, causing a first degree burn and stuns them for 1 post.
Suiton - A thin veil of water coats the user, though not in such a way that it causes them to drown Physical contact is largely unfeasible since it causes landed blows. of the same rank or lower.to be glanced off.

Description: Substitution Technique is an age old skill which enables the user to move at speeds beyond readable perception for a fraction of a moment. Switching with a solid item previously mentioned in the thread in place of themselves, the ninja leaves behind a flickering after-image for a second, which, if damaged releases the chakra which holds it in place in a small smoke cloud, revealing the nature of the technique and the item they have switched with. Though a skilled user's after image for a moment of its flickering lifespan is able to show some of the signs of natural impact as if it were solid, before 'poofing'. The user coming out of the technique creates a similar audio and visual cue with a small cloud of translucent smoke and a 'poofing' sound on appearance. Though as they move at such high speeds it is impossible to co-ordinate a physical attack in any form. Ninja using substitute therefore, while being able to manoeuvre close to an opponent, are unable to set up or follow through with any pre-prepared strike at high speed. (Though it can be used to appear, 'and then' launch an attack, a ninja cannot appear 'in mid strike' as it is impossible to coordinate on such a scale at those speeds.)

Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to--battle, intelligence gathering, diversions--this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be visually and physically the same as the original, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. This jutsu is purely appearance-based, and does not give a ninja the abilities or jutsu of a person they transform into. Dojutsu can easily pick out this technique, and if the user has transformed into someone larger than themselves, the bits beyond their natural body will have no heat signature. This, and the fact that the chakra of the user wouldn't look normal makes it easier for sensing techniques to pick out transformed people. Costs 5 chakra on activation, and an additional 5 chakra every 2 posts.

Description: Using this technique, the user can create up to five intangible clones that appear physically identical to the user. The clone has no physical form, and as such cannot attack. When any object passes through the clone, be it a fist, a rock or a blade, the clone will evaporate. It's mainly used to help mask the user, helping them attack an opponent who is superior at dodging. The clones do not disturb the area around them, don't have shadows or body heat, and as such experienced ninja can easily pick them out. Costs 5 chakra to create clones.

Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expand the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use.
The jutsu can be used to either store an item in something or to summon it from something. But it can’t be both.
This jutsu has a variable chakra cost depending on the item summoned from the scroll.

The chakra cost for this jutsu is dependent on the rank of the item being reinforced.

Name: Puppet Technique (Kugutsu no Jutsu ~ 傀儡の術)

Description: This jutsu generates long, fibrous, malleable chakra strings from each of the user's fingers. The condensed chakra takes a hue of variable colour depending on the user. Use of this technique on puppets is only allowed by those with the Kugutsu specialty. However, people without skill in Puppetry can still generate chakra strings to control weapons in a flail or even yo-yo fashion within a 20m radius.

Use on humans is restricted to only human puppets in your locker (you cannot control living people). All chakra strings are able to be cut using a jutsu with substantial force (blunt attacks, cutting, piercing) of C-rank or higher. However, the user can expend 15 chakra to reattach the strings however they see fit.

Three types of strings:
Multiple control (-5 chakra per turn):
The chakra strings at this rank are more tailored to controlling the base functions of many puppets as opposed to putting an astounding amount of effort into the control of few. Using this technique depending on the user's rank they are able to control up to 10 puppets, though the trade off is each of them operate at -1 of the user's unaugmented speed and reaction time (meaning jutsu, item and SC buffs/ +1's are not included, but ones from clans are.)
D rank = 2 puppets
C rank = 4
B rank = 6
A rank = 8

Balanced Control (-5 chakra per turn):
Using more focused control on the puppets the user wields they are able to focus more into their puppets movement, and therefore they no longer receive the negative influence to their speed that the mass control strings had. However, the puppets still receive -1 to reaction time and less puppets are able to operate at this capacity per rank.

Focused control (-5 chakra per turn):
The user, with these strings, is able to literally control their puppets with such mastery as if they were basically human themselves. The concentration at this level requires they dedicate themselves into only one or two puppets, but they operate without any negatives what so ever, and move at the user's unaugmented speed and reaction times.

This jutsu cannot be used in combat; only as a way to escape from a fight or thread.

Description: A rather simple chakra flow technique where the user coats their blade in a shallow coat of chakra in order to weaken the killing potential of the blade to the point where it cannot cut or stab anyone. The blade is as though it was in its sheathe. The attacks and kenjutsu performed on the blade will never cut or stab, it will feel as though the target was hit by a baton. This technique is mostly used by kenjutsu users who wish to train with comrades without the need to hold back to avoid a lethal blow on the target. The worst wounds inflicted on the target due to the technique are bruises and slight swelling of wounds where wounded(Reference ---> Eragon, Brom training Eragon how to better his swordsmanship by practicing with swords but used magic to dull their swords so they aren't lethal)

Description: The user scrapes their sword along the floor hard and swiftly for a period of time until sparks comes from the ground making the blade gain a hue of redness from the sparks. The user will bring the blade in a powerful diagonal upper cut like slash, sprinkling the target in sparks that will cause them small burn wounds(1st degree burns). The longer the user has the blade scraping against the floor, the more red and powerful the blade gets. Running with the sword on the ground for 10 meters or less is needed to cause the small burning effect, 20-30 meters will cause the blade to be so hot that the target's strength is reduced by -1 tier for a single post and running with the blade on the ground for 40 meters will cause the blade to be blood red and thus when it strikes the user's blade is temporarily treated as 1 rank above its own for just a single post due to the sharpening of the blade on the surface. The user coats their sword in a small layer of chakra to strengthen the blade from cracking under pressure of the grinding. Should this technique be used again, then after the +1 in weapon rank is given then the weapon is immediately destroyed should the weapon be B Rank. Any rank above B Rank, the weapon is lowered by a single rank each time the technique is used after is first use in the thread for the duration of the thread, the blade being more frail and dull.

Description: The samurai have also shown the ability to use shape transformation during the implementation of this technique, sculpting their respective chakra blades into various rudimentary weapons that extend beyond the natural dimensions of their original swords; such as broadswords, spiked shafts and even axes(it takes 3 seconds for the user to transform the sword into a simpler design like a polearm, and 5 seconds for more complicated transformations like an axe or a hammer). This capability allows them to rely on smaller swords while retaining greater reach, damage and the possibility of conducting surprise attacks as necessary. The chakra infused blades will cause 2" cuts on the target, 3" should wind chakra be infused in the blade. For one post, the user can change the shape of the sword only twice. This transformational quality also appears to extend to even the crescents of chakra launched from the blade, forming a diverse range of projectiles that includes giant buzzsaws and shafts of chakra, the shape of which are seemingly dependent on the structure of the previously formed weapon. The projectiles can go as fast as 25 m/s going straight.


  • Fuuton- When futon is channeled through the blade, the sword of the user is wrapped with coat of wind so that the weapon is treated like it's one rank higher than original due to the wind being channeled through the blade to make it sharper and that much lethal than before
  • Raiton- Alternatively when raiton is channeled, static electricity is visibly sparking through the air from the sword. Should the target's weapon make blade contact with the user's raiton empowered blade, then they will receive a painful shocking pain that will travel through the opponent's weapon and towards their hands, leaving them scarred and unable to use their hands for 1 post should their Endurance be under A Rank.
  • Suiton-When suiton is channeled through the sword, water is wrapped around the sword, from the hilt of the sword, and used as an aquatic chain whip that is 5 meters long. Using that water chain whip extension of the blade, the user can use the very end of the extension to ensnare just one of their target's limbs. While it is ensnared, that limb cannot be used. While the limb is ensnared, the user cannot use the suiton power sword to slice or cut the target until they have chosen to release them.
  • Katon- Should katon be channeled through the sword, fire will erupt through the sword that will cause 1st degree burns to the target.
  • Doton - Finally when doton is channeled through the blade, the sword is heavier so when it lands it will fracture bones upon impact.

If Sanosuke receive's a direct hit with a jutsu that is A-Ranked and higher, their connection is severed and all senjutsu techniques Sanosuke does are reduced by 1 in power for 3 posts.

Description: The user jutsu utilizes the chakra inside their bodies to a great extent. Chakra is focused mostly on the user's feet in order to increase speed dramatically due to excitement in the nervous system. The user will use chakra around his body to pulse him in a direction that the user desire with a single quick burst of speed that is 1 tier higher than usual.

These effects only occur should the strength of the shinobi is higher than the target's endurance rank.

Description: Using superior chakra control, the user opens their hands with all their fingers aligned side by side. Then by focusing a massive chakra into their opened hands, the user will momentarily be able to focus their chakra into a sharp point where it seems as though chakra is coursing up the hand of the user to form a blade that had a max length of one meter of length. While the chakra blades are formed, they have the same strength, speed and cutting ability as a B ranked sword. The chakra blade damage features the ability to fracture bone, 2.25-inch cuts and piercing. Also while using these chakra blades, the user can use them to perform any non-elemental kenjutsu techniques that the user would normally do with a physical sword. The chakra will put a painful strain on the user's hands so it can only be done once in a while for each hand. After  1 post any chakra blades that are currently activate one the user's hands will disappear.

Description: The user will use superior chakra control to expertly flow wind chakra around their body to lower their wind resistance for an enhanced jump. They can jump up to a max height of 20 meters. Once in the air, the user will drift down to the ground but at a real slow pace. It'll take 1 post for the user to land on the ground. The rate of which Icarus descends the user will at first be slow with just a little bit of gravity returned to the user so that the user will slowly begin the descent of the jutsu. Then more gravity is returned as the user descends until they are descending at the rate of which their original weight and regular gravity combined will have the user falling down as they normally would if they made a regular jump.

Description: The typical buzzing sound that is heard when the Wasp Sage mode is activated is weaponized. The buzzing is intensified to the point where it can cause chakra irritation to anyone in a 3 meter radius from the user. The chakra irritation will cause the target's chakra system to turn against the user. The irritation will be lesson by 1 tier with every post the target is away from the "buzz" radius, however the longer they are within range of the intensified buzzing, the worst the chakra irritation gets.

Here's the Irritation Tier List of Buzz Effect:
1st Tier- The target gets a minor headache

2nd Tier-The target's balance is teetered and loses 1 rank in speed and reaction time.

3rd Tier- The target's headache worsens and all jutsu done by the target is reduced by 1 rank

4th Tier- The target will have a difficult time just trying to not unheave the contents in their stomach all over the ground. All traits of the user(reaction time, and speed) is reduced by an additional tier.

5th Tier- The target is so disorientated that they cannot move for a single post.

6th Tier- The target falls unconscious

7th Tier- Chakra irritation has reached the brain where chakra in the brain is being attacked by the target's own chakra. If the target does not seek IMMEDIATE medical attention, they will surely die.

8th Tier- Death

*if Sano is hit with a futon jutsu that is A-Rank or higher, the cooldown of the jutsu is kicked in prematurely. If the target is healed by a medical technique of B-Ranked then the irritation is lowered by 1 Rank; if the target is healed with a medical technique of A Ranked or higher, the irritation is cut in half by one tier.(If healed by an A Rank healing technique when at tier list 4 of irritation, the target will be at 2nd tier irritation.)*

Description: The user focus raiton chakra with a conscious peak. In order to gain the mental prowess needed to utilize the jutsu to its full capability, the user must close their eyes for one post. They then shoot the chakra at the user. The amount of chakra that it shot outwards at the target isn't strong enough to do any damage. This technique is based on disrupting the chakra flow in the targets body to cause sluggish actions through the usage of electromagnetic pulse properties of raiton chakra. Once hit with this the chakra induced strikethe target will lose -1 tier to speed and reaction time for one post.

The oxygen that is left comes from the user's very own fuuton chakra that is laced with raiton chakra, should anyone in the area breath in the air at this point they will breath in the taint oxygen that's mixed in with raiton that will stun the target for an entire post.

If the user attempts to use this technique to block a ninjutsu attack and their sword is lower than a B rank, then the sword will be destroyed upon completion of the technique.

The disc is able to cut through an non armoured person with relative ease, to someone without any armor it can cut through limbs with ease. This technique will cut through destroying any C Ranked or lower armor(it cannot cut through a C Rank armor that is Futon alligned due to elemental properties) When coming in contact with a B Ranked jutsu, it will cut through the jutsu but be weaker by -1(cutting power reduced so it will deal 3 inch cuts to the target), C Ranked jutsu or above will be cut through the jutsu without Destructo Disc being weakened at all.

Description: Sanosuke raises his hands in the air. Bluish white lightning chakra begins to develop in Sanosuke's hands in the shape of a ball. The ball is a humongous ball of raiton chakra(20 meter radius, the explosion radius itself is 35 meters) that has the same effect of Sano's buzz effect; moving at 45 mp/s. If the target is hit by the ball of chakra directly, then all that remains of the target is a pile of ashes. The kill radius of this attack is being within 10 meters of the ball. While being not quite within 10 meters of the attack but still well being within 25 meters doesn't kill the target but they are now  in 4th tier chakra irritation radius of Sano's buzz effect.

Here's the Irritation Tier List of Buzz Effect:
1st Tier- The target gets a minor headache

2nd Tier-The target's balance is teetered and loses 1 rank in speed and reaction time.

3rd Tier- The target's headache worsens and all jutsu done by the target is reduced by 1 rank

4th Tier- The target will have a difficult time just trying to not unheave the contents in their stomach all over the ground. All traits of the user(reaction time, and speed) is reduced by an additional tier.

5th Tier- The target is so disorientated that they cannot move for a single post.

6th Tier- The target falls unconscious

7th Tier- Chakra irritation has reached the brain where chakra in the brain is being attacked by the target's own chakra. If the target does not seek IMMEDIATE medical attention, they will surely die.

8th Tier- Death

*if Sano is hit with a futon jutsu that is A-Rank or higher, the cooldown of the jutsu is kicked in prematurely. If the target is healed by a medical technique of B-Ranked then the irritation is lowered by 1 Rank; if the target is healed with a medical technique of A Ranked or higher, the irritation is cut in half by one tier.(If healed by an A Rank healing technique when at tier list 4 of irritation, the target will be at 2nd tier irritation.)*

Leaving clan and library techniques alone for now. Please replace these when the clan is updated / library revamps are released.

Sage Mode: Change it to a +1 tier buff for Speed.

Scrape: Burning effect needs to be specified if it's going to cause noteworthy damage (ie. minor first degree burns). This strength reduction needs to be changed into tiers (if you're planning on keeping it - if so, it needs to be turned into a full -1, and given a drawback). +1 damage needs to be specified in terms of depth of cuts or whatever it's increasing.

Samurai Sabre Technique: Change all the damages so that they fit the current jutsu guidelines. For the Fuuton aspect, treating the weapon as one rank higher should only apply to say, the damage aspect (which will need to be specified).

Paradigm Shift: Either change this into a Speed stat buff, or give a specified speed.

Great Tune: I don't like that this is rather unavoidable and without warning. Specify that this only works on whichever arm (or arms) that is in contact with the weapon being hit. Limit this so that anything of a certain higher rank (or Strength / Endurance stat) will not be affect, or only affected slightly. Also specify that despite the two-post duration, this effect does not stack.

Hidden Blade: Define exactly what the blade is capable of instead of just "B rank blade".

Buzz Effect: First of all, clarify how the irritation increases - is it just when the person remains within the radius? Fix all the stat debuffs so that they fit with the current jutsu guidelines (at A rank, you would be able to cause a -2 tier debuff with drawbacks).

Shatter: Same as above - a total -2 tier debuff would require drawbacks. I consider the one-post prep drawback as a balancing factor for the rather unavoidable aspect of the technique, so you'd need an additional drawback for the debuffs.

Excalibur: I'd like the rank/effect of the reflected jutsu to take a -1.

Destructo Disk: Decrease the speed according to jutsu guidelines.

Katen Kyōkotsu: Define +1 in Kenjutsu strength. Does this just increase damage?

Spirit Bomb: Decrease speed and ranges according to jutsu guidelines. Copy and past the 4th tier chakra irritation into this jutsu.

Buzz Effect and Shatter, I do not wish to have a -2 debuff. I just don't think it's fair that just because a jutsu is A Rank that it requires it to have a -2 debuff, when it will simply have a -1 debuf to work just fine.

Excalbibur: The fact that the jutsu it can reflect has to be very specific, I think it's rather fair and thus it's not necessary for it to only reflect jutsu that are -1 rank of the rank of Excalibur.

Buzz Effect and Shatter: Having two -1s, one for each stat, equals a total of -2. Having an A rank doesn't force you to have to have a -2 debuff, but your techniques both have a total of -2 and thus, would require drawbacks.

For all techniques with "/" as the duration, change it to "Instantaneous", just so that it doesn't appear as though there's no duration.

Scrape: Once again, speed reduction needs to either be removed, or edited to fit our current debuff system (meaning the most you can have is a -1, not 50%).

Samurai Sabre Technique: Reflexes is no longer a stat, so edit that, and specify that it's a -1 tier, not -1 rank if you're keeping a stat debuff.

Destructo Disk: Does cutting through jutsu decrease the attack power of the disk? It should - particularly when cutting through B rank techniques.

Katen Kyōkotsu: Do the buffs in the first paragraph of the description stack on top of whatever buffs are giving within each game?

Spirit Bomb: Again, please provide the exact wording of the irritation tier effect in the description.

Samurai Sabre Technique: Now it's not stacked. The first paragraph is just telling what the jutsu does and the outcome of winning a "game." The second paragraph is going into details of each game.

Shatter: The drawback is that the user has to prepare the technique by closing their eyes for an entire post. That should work just fine, not being able to see an opponent coming at you.

Pierce: What makes this better than Ha?

Scrape: Define what you mean +1 to cutting ability. As in, through armor? (The stacking here, I don't like. It needs another drawback besides the running-start.)

Samurai Sabre: This is a B-rank technique with ample power for the rank; Raiton's -1 is a bit much here. You need to state how fast the projectiles go.

Soul Resonance: It should end if you are hit (as you are the one synchronizing), not both of you.

Hidden Blade: State cutting depth even if it's the same as a B-rank sword.

Icarus: So, not gravity reducing....just wind resistance increasing. The logistics of this should be changed so we're not going into gravity manipulation. xD

Shatter: You don't get extra perks with ninja rank. However, you do not have to limit your targets by ninja rank either (you can totally hit an SS-rank ninja with this). Disrupting chakra flow....that's kind of a Medical and Hyuuga thing, but eh.

Haki: Why is the duration 2 posts? It seems as if the jutsu happens and then the target is stunned for that post. However, why is this technique disorientating?

Static Frenzy: This is fine, but: 1. What do you mean by 'primary ninjutsu technique'? There's not really an ordering for what something is primarily and secondarily; it's just sort of both. 2, I don't like that this jutsu can be circumvented so easily, by a jutsu whose effects do not pertain to it at all.

Excalibur: By 'matching', do you mean mirroring the element of the oncoming projectile? (if so, that's fine, just wanted to be sure.)

Destructo Disc: Detail cutting power for armored and unarmored people after the -1 is applied for going through B-ranks.

Katen Kyoukotsu, Kageoni: This game is centered around darkness, but what if there is none? In addition, the ability granted by this is rather unfair to the person playing against you; you get the bonus so long as you keep attacking and using jutsu, but the other person has to retaliate to end it, rather than the other games where there was either an equal opportunity (Takaoni) or there was a constant drawback (Irooni).

Genkidama: Requires Sage Mode and Buzz Effect to be active. Limited range for high power; however, the speed on this is insaaaaaaane~ Please put it into accordance with jutsu rules (not max, maybe the median for S-rank or a bit higher).

I removed Pierce as one of my techniques as it is literally the same thing as Ha.

Added the chance of breaking the sword should the technique be used with a weapon that is not durable enough to take the strain.

Haki's just a fear tactic by blasting focused chakra in the attempts to intimidate your foe momentarily. (I.E. you wouldn't charge someone in battle right away if they're blasting energy all over the place without waiting a moment to reconfirm your resolve).

For Kageoni, the technique doesn't revolve around darkness. It's just a name. By light around the user it means that there is a large amount of chakra rising from the user; its size dependent on the rank of the technique that the user/target uses. It's more of a game of who sizes up who with this game. You simply have to use a technique that is higher ranked than the one I am currently using to beat me. It's an equal chance for the opponent to react to it accordingly. They don't have to end it, they can simply use a technique that is stronger than mine in order for them to do more damage against me. Plus in accordance to the technique, each game lasts long enough for the opponent to have a chance of guessing the rules of the game.

Scrape: The 40m effect, you still don't say in what respect(s) the blade is treated as 1 rank higher.

Samurai Sabre: Fuuton: See Scrape; in what respects is it 1 rank higher?
Raiton: How does this affect their hands if you don't hit their hands?
Suiton: How well can the user use this sword if they're using it as a whip to restrain a limb?
In addition, lower the speed to minimum. You have cutting power as well as an auxiliary effect (which is possibly extra damage).


Shatter: Disrupting chakra flow is not something that regular Ninjutsu can do. It is commonly allocated to Medical Ninjutsu. However, this technique is otherwise fine due to the 1-post prep. As per my last post, you can't gain benefits based on rank alone, so make it so that you have both eyes closed at any rank.

Haki: Inspiring such a thought in the target, or disorientating them enough to cloud their judgement, generally isn't accomplished by this sort of means; you need to find a different way to do this. I wouldn't mind this getting range-swapped with Shatter, as this has less drawbacks.

Static Frenzy: This totally depends on what Fairy Link ends up being. If it's even nearly as potent as the last two incarnations, it's not becoming a way to circumvent negative effects you inflict on yourself.

Destructo Disc: Fuuton jutsu, obviously, are this technique's weakness, but that's an unsaid truth. This is A-OK.

Katen Kyoukotsu: How exactly are you boosting power/increasing your vulnerability? Especially with such conditions. Reduce the bonus to both sides' damage to +1.
Kageoni: I see your point now. Kinda totally sucks for someone with not-as-high-rank jutsu as you, though. Perhaps you can only use games on those that can actually play them?

Genkidama: Ranges in Description conflict with ranges in Range, the same with Speeds.

Scrape: Since you stated "Sharpening", I would presume this is in all respects, then (armor and regular damage). However, what stops you from scraping? Will any attack do?

Shatter is good! Electromagnetism does mess up the brain in super-large quantities.

Haki: You got close, but you probably wouldn't be able to suck enough oxygen out of a person's body that it renders them both immobile and unable to cast a jutsu in the same post. After all, see how long it takes to even suffocate someone.

Static Frenzy: Having removed Fairy Link, this is good. Though didn't it say B-rank or higher before?

You didn't change anything visibly on Katen Kyoukotsu.

Ditto on Genkidama (though I think you changed some of the numbers to be similar, they're not exactly the same in Description and Range).

My edit that I've made for fuuton in the samurai sabre technique. The wind acts like an extra coating for the sword to make it sharper and stronger by a full rank.

This edit is made for Katen Kyoukotsu, so that they should have a chance of playing the game as equals since A rank shinobi should be allowed to use S Rank techniques. As for lowering the damages to +1, I don't that's really fair because as an A Rank technique I can have a +2 buff so long as their is a drawback. And I believe the drawback for this technique, myself being able to lose the game thus causing myself more damage than usual, is a fair enough drawback.

As for Spirit Bomb: I can toss the spirit bomb a range of 80 meters. The description of the size of the attack is should it collide with anything while it's thrown.

Genkidama: Kill radius changes from 10 in range to 15 in description, and the shock (buzz) radius from 25 to 35; the ball should not grow when it is outside your grasp.

Katen Kyokotsu: Those rules are for stat buffs only. They in no way apply to damage. I need a better explanation on why the damage increase happens on your sword and for your opponent, or I'm not inclined to increase the potency of the damage increase.

Samurai Sabre: The Fuuton was changed, but what about Raiton and Suiton? I had a few concerns a few posts back..

Using that water chain whip extension of the blade, the user can use the very end of the extension to ensnare just one of their target's limbs. While it is ensnared, that limb cannot be used. While the limb is ensnared, the user cannot use the suiton power sword to slice or cut the target until they have chosen to release them.

That explains the changes I made to suiton

Should the target's weapon make blade contact with the user's raiton empowered blade, then they will receive a painful shocking pain that will travel through the opponent's weapon and towards their hands

Explains the changes I made to raiton. This raiton effect of course will not go in effect if I don't hit the weapon since that is the means of the technique going into effect.

Katen Kyokotsu: Changed it to ignore defensive capabilities of the rank of this technique should I win the games. The damage increase occurs due to the chakra around Sanosuke. Should he win, the chakra around Sanosuke will make his attacks stroner, should he lose the effects of the chakra will only be a hindrance. It's all explained in the first paragraph.

Samurai Sabre: Add that it costs 5 chakra extra to activate the jutsu with an element already active, and you're golden.

Katen Kyoukotsu: We need another different mechanic here; you cannot enhance your body's strength like that using Ninjutsu (it has not been done), as it's Taijutsu territory thus far. I would prefer if the cutting through weapons/armor is limited to this jutsu's rank.

Genkidama: If I'm reading Range right, the ball itself is 60m wide (as it has a 30m radius), kill radius of 10m out after that, and a chakra irritation radius of 25m after that. Total general effect radius is 95m from exact point of impact. You really, really need to clarify what each number in Range means. If I somehow got this right, you need to lower how huge this thing actually is.

i wanted initial activation cost to be changed as well.

I don't see much has changed for the Genkidama; it's now 35 meters radius (a 70m wide ball) in the range. It still has a kill radius of 10m out, and still has an irritation radius of 25m out after that (both in Description).

Katen Kyoukotsu: How is your chakra turning your sword intantigble? You don't give a mechanic for this. The body doesn't use chakra to protect itself from harm passively.

As for Genkidama, I don't understand what I have to change. The parameter of the technique is well in the confines of what is normally allowed for an S rank technique, I can possibly lower the speed of it to 45 m/s but I don't really understand why I should make the range smaller.

I'm confused at the moment, since I don't know if the range says that the Spirit Bomb itself is 35m in radius or the entire blast radius is 35m. If it's the latter (which you are correct on), you should specify how big the projectile itself actually is, and we'd be good.

Katen Kyoukotsu: It really doesn't make sense....this jutsu has no extraordinary chakra cost, how does expending it make you more frail?

Real talk, can I just change Katen Kyoukotsu to a different A Rank technique that just involves me being able to cut through armor/weapons that are less than the rank of the sword I am currently using? As the technique that has taken this entire thread to try and figure out the mechanics on, I would relish this change. You should only be able to cut through A-rank things, though. Otherwise that's scaling-without-scaling, just with a weapon instead of your ninja rank.

Genkidama: As long as we're clear that the explosion's radius is from point-of-impact and doesn't actually radiate from around the 20m-radius Genkidama itself (otherwise it hits 55m total radius, too high); this is Approved.
