The day seemed like any other day as he woke up the look in his eyes was different as they told him to gain access to more information, to more locations, to assist the ANBU even further. There was something wrong with the world, why was he collecting more knowledge each day, every single day he keeps having to gather more and more. He then began to think to himself as he looked in the mirror as well as the scar that was on his right arm, how could they have done this to him. He walked towards his location as he entered the secret library, he then began to read as he placed a bug in the first book shelf.

“Long ago there was the Akatsuki, they were a group whose soul purpose was to gain control over the nine sacred beasts in order to rule the world. They would ensure peace by bringing an end to war, in the end they were mislead by a man with powerful eyes. This man brought about their destruction and led them all to their deaths, however he gained all he needed from them.”

He got bored throwing the book of the Great Shinobi Wars away as he was not really interested in that kind of history, that and by throwing it away the librarians will put it back and lower suspicion if anyone else were to obtain it. That and his mission was clear he had to bug this entire location so they can find out the true plans of these bandits who were changing, the ANBU and Bandits and there was another. They need to learn the truth of what was going on and at the same time he knew that he had no choice but to travel deeper. He entered the restricted section which held books which could not be opened without having highly skilled fuuinjutsu and a large amount of chakra so the book would acknowledge you.

He heard footsteps as he hid behind one of the bookshelves as some men walked passed and began speaking. “Kazuma, are you sure this place is safe?” as some woman’s voice could be heard as some really old man answered. “He might be leading a group of bandits but he is no idiot Mikoto-hime”, as the woman glared down and spoke further. “Do you really plan on stopping Enaka’s plans, you do know his not a man to be taken lightly, if he finds out we could all be killed.” Then some strange younger male, who was somewhat mature spoke. “Why are you so worried, all we need is to get hold of that other girl, you noticed it did you not. I know some of these idiots have no idea but I was certain that girl was from his clan”. As the boy began to think about it they finally began to make a move placing down a really large book before heading into what looked like a secret passage. He did not see their faces since he was keeping out of sight, even controlling his breathing and if he kept his still beating heart moving any slower he might actually die.

As he finally realised they were now out of view and not within audible range he took up the book they had and opened it. The book had a strong seal placed on it as he saw strange symbolic images which seemed similar to the basic seals he had used in the generic sealing technique just far more advanced as he focused on the training he had received from the great Mitsuhide. The book began to remove its restraints as he finally got to begin reading through it as this was no ordinary book. It was like some kind of diary and a book of information as he began to read it slowly and carefully.

Description: The Water Clone Jutsu is similar to the Shadow Clone Jutsu except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's chakra. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. Water clones are capable of only using suiton jutsu provided they have enough chakra to cast it. A maximum of six clones may be created at any one time. The clone automatically disperses when it runs out of chakra, or when hit by any attack that can cause a noteworthy level of physical damage [second/third degree burns, broken bones, stab wounds, etc] or a C-rank/2 D-Rank offensive jutsu.

Description: Using this technique, the user can create up to five intangible clones that appear physically identical to the user. The clone has no physical form, and as such cannot attack. When any object passes through the clone, be it a fist, a rock or a blade, the clone will evaporate. It's mainly used to help mask the user, helping them attack an opponent who is superior at dodging. The clones do not disturb the area around them, don't have shadows or body heat, and as such experienced ninja can easily pick them out. Costs 5 chakra to create clones.

Description: With this technique, a ninja replaces moves at high speed and switches with a nearby object at the exact moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful; experienced ninja can even make it appear that their Substitution is bleeding. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy, but it's a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations.

The user must pay 15 more chakra for every rank the Genjutsu is above their own rank.

  • Genin: 15 chakra for a D-ranked Genjutsu. Genin cannot dispel B-ranked Genjutsu.
  • Chuunin: 25 chakra for a C-ranked Genjutsu. Chuunin cannot dispel A-ranked Genjutsu.

Description: The user utilises all the water in the surrounding area in order to form a really dense mist. This mist carries varying properties as well as taking a while to begin. This effectively acts as a cover for the user as well as having defensive properties.
Only opponents that can sense chakra or see slight alterations in chakra can detect that this technique has started. This technique consists of two defensive capabilities but the defensive capability applies to everyone.

Sensory Defence : Byakugan B-Rank can see through this mist but can not see chakra system due to the dense chakra. Byakugan A-Rank can see through perfectly. Sensory jutsu that detect people through their chakra signature can only detect non users of the jutsu, as the users chakra matches the technique.

Jutsu Defence : Any fire jutsu that is two ranks lower than this jutsu are negated. This applies to everyone in the mist as well as all jutsu including the users dropping one rank. Doton and Raiton jutsu is unaffected by this. Fuuton jutsu of B-rank may open a small pocket of normal area of 10m radius for that post in which it is used. Suiton jutsu speed is cut in half while in the mist.

Suiton Suishoha:

Cooldown: can be used again 4 posts after is meant to end(If ended early the cd only ends on when the jutsu would have ended plus four posts which is 10 posts)
Description: After making the Jin seal, the user claps and holds both hands together. An enormous amount of water is created from the surrounding vapor, equal to 1 acre ft. Upon activation, the water swirls in a tall vortex around the user. The aggregated water explodes out the top of the vortex in a huge wave. The user can effortlessly control the direction of the water and maintain the waves using simple hand motions; this can extinguish S-rank Katon. Half the water evaporates. Two A-rank Katons can achieve the same effect. After that B-rank Katon is required to evaporate the rest.

The water's concussive force can easily wash away individuals, causing major internal bleeding and bruising, and perhaps broken bones; the target may be stunned and unable to do anything more than flounder in the water for the first post it's unleashed if caught in the waves. The water covers the area for up to six posts. The initial wave can stun a user for 1 post when hit within 20 meters of the user. Waves move at 50m/s. Those outside of this range will only be stunned for 1 post if taking a direct hit from the front. Waves in the second and third posts can only stun from direct hits to the front, but may stun from the side if within 15 meters of the user. After the third post the water slowly drops in height and returns to the earth or evaporates over time eventually fading on the sixth post, the waves are not controlled after the third post as it settles. The maximum range of wave movement is 50m from the user, the water may be spread out further or unevenly due to terrain therefor the effective range is 50m while the jutsus water distribution range can reach up to 100m

Description: This defensive technique creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a semi-circle around the user, and it makes for an effective defense for straight aim techniques. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will depending on the user's skill (B-SS). The wall's strength can over come two techniques of equal rank and one of a rank higher. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained while defending one can easily perform another technique, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

While in the air the user moves his weapon in order to move a short distance to the side maximum 2 meters at speeds of 15mps.

Description: You release a double slash in quick succesion. If the attack misses the user will be able to stop and guard at any time during the combination. For each slash past 2 you pay 5 chakra per hit. The technique gets stronger with increased slashes as the blade builds momentum as well as hitting any point continuously for damage. The first 3 hits do C-rank damage. The 4th to 6th hits can do B-rank damage. While the 7th to 10th hits do A-rank damage.

This technique requires you to be high ranked for the latter slashes as well as the required bukijutsu skill.
Genin : 1 - 3 strikes Max Cost 15 Chakra
Chuunin : 4 - 6 strikes Max Cost 30 Chakra
Special Jounin : 7 - 10 strikes Max Cost 50 Chakra
Jounin : No longer use chakra for first seven strikes. 10chakra to begin, 5 chakra for slash 8,9,10 = Max cost 25 Chakra

While the technique seems rather powerful it comes with the drawback of draining too much chakra as the inexperience leads to wasted or over exerted movements. This technique requires you use both hands meaning you may not perform other jutsu during this combination. If technique is interrupted there will be an exception.

Due to the nature of this technique C-rank and lower projectiles will be knocked away during this techniques use, after the 4th strike has passed B-rank projectiles may be knocked away. A-rank projectiles will damage the blade requiring you to stop the technique or break your sword.

The 10th strike will break any weapon that is one rank below your weapon.

The barrier is capable of defending against a single S rank jutsu, 2 A rank jutsu, or 4 B rank jutsu. C rank jutsu and below are ineffective against the barrier. A single A rank fuuton jutsu, 2 B rank, or 4 C rank fuuton jutsu can also destroy the barrier.

Description: The user slams their palm or fist into the ground channeling an enormous amount of raiton chakra through it in the direction of their opponent. Immediately upon reaching the opponent the raiton chakra will begin to concentrate into a large “blade” that erupts forth from the ground, impaling the enemy and dealing 3rd degree burns at the point of contact. This “blade” peaks at 10m in height, carrying the impaled body of its victim along with it and is capable of piercing through B rank defences or lower. Once up in the air several more blades will jut out from the larger one skewering the opponent in multiple different ways. Despite the speed at which this jutsu is performed the sight of the raiton chakra travelling through the ground is a dead giveaway of an attack heading the target’s way. As such, shinobi with A rank reaction speed or above are capable of getting out of the way in time and avoiding the attack completely.

Description: The user infuses chakra to the surface of their skin protecting the user from damage as the water like chakra absorbs the force and dissipates it to deal no damage. This defence is unaffected by anything C-Rank and below and can block up to 4 B-Rank jutsu or 2 A-Rank jutsu, this jutsu is unaffected by Katon that is B-rank and below.

Basic hand to hand strikes with a strength lower than A-rank have no effect on this armor. The absorption also helps against projectiles slowing them down and removing most of their force, however arrows will still pierce half an inch if B-Rank and an inch if A-Rank. Direct hits will not cause the user to flinch as the water absorbs the force, however the user can still be knocked back by S-Rank hits while A-Rank hits can still be enough to slow down or hinder opponent's movement.

Description: The user gathers a large amount of water and infuses it with chakra linking it directly to their bodies. This is a high ranking defence with varying properties.
The ability of this armor is to reduce damage by allowing the force of any blow of any kind to be absorbed by the water. For this reason many techniques are nullified upon impact with some opponents not picking up on the technique unless they have a sensory capability of atleast A-Rank of some kind.
Defensive strength is S-Rank and there for this armor will remain up until enough damage is dealt

Raiton Effects:
When a Raiton technique is used within range of this armor the armor picks up charge which can shock opponents who make contact with the water causing 3rd degree burns if you make direct contact and 2nd degree burns if you only graze the surface of the armor. This effect will only last one post as the charge gets absorbed into the water and nullified. This effect has a 1 post cooldown.

Effects against normal attacks and weapons:
Taijutsu techniques can not harm you while under this armor other than occasional pain. This does not apply to special taijutsu techniques. Because the water absorbs force projectiles that make contact lose their momentum and stop in general, this does not apply to all projectiles as arrows may still pierce 1 inch deep through the water armor. Heavy weapons can get through this technique. Melee weapons that do not make a direct hit will not affect the user

Speed is dropped one rank while using this technique due to the weight of the dense chakra.

The user carefully moves his body very relaxed but swiftly, using their speed to generate movement that is nearly unreadable, the sword swing from this technique travels at near 65m/s however this technique switches direction at the last moment. Because of the speed it is nearly impossible to counter this even if seen.

When used in an attack depending on how it is dealt with the effects of this technique vary.

When the opponent dodges this technique allows you to switch direction and hit the target on his new location.

When the opponent blocks this technique with a non-solid technique you may manipulate the blade to pass through it if it would slow or alter the blades course. You are however at risk of being harmed by the defence but your blade will pass through it while at the same time not damaging the defence technique, this does not work on defences with a higher rank and will clash in that case as a normal jutsu vs jutsu.

When the opponent blocks with a solid defence you may redirect your blade and your entire body can be swung around to an opening to go around the defence and then strike at the opponent.

Damage : The damage is equal to the rank of the blade at close range, at a distance of 50cm beyond the blade the damage is B-rank 3-4 inch cuts.

The user takes several steps as well as moving his weapon and gear continuously to increase speed. This technique however is a special technique for placing objects as well as weapons in specific locations. This technique allows the user to place weapons with pin point accuracy while moving around as well as attacking the enemy at the same time.

Anything from explosive tags to kunai may be released with this technique, however only small items may be placed while large items like swords are mainly used for movement and attacking or defending during the technique.

Only ten items per post at a speed of 50m/s can be placed during the technique at a range within 5m of his current location.During the dance you may also attempt to place items on the enemy as well forcing them to dodge or block.

User moves at a speed varying between 45 and 65m/s due to the moments of slowing and altering of placements.

Description: Requiring a large degree of training to master this is not an ordinary sword technique and part of the legendary three dances of the three birds. This is the last and most powerful dance.

This technique uses one of the users elements and is done from an aerial position. The user focuses chakra behind into their blade so densely that an image similar to a swan appears around them for a moment. Using gravity and brute force this technique moves at 65m/s towards target location producing a varied effect.
This technique uses chakra to weigh one down and by sending a different nature allows one to get through defences more easily according to the situation.

Upon impact has a minor splash range of 10m with C-rank cuts and other wounds varying based on element. The direct impact of the blade can do B-rank damage which may inflict 4 inch cuts and damage bones.

Raiton : Target will suffer temporary paralysis (3 seconds) and 2nd degree burns from the lightning.Those hit by the aoe suffer only 1st degree burns (damager increased to 3rd and 2nd degree if target is wet)

Suiton : Will stun the target temporarily (3 seconds) and knock them back, if completely undefended will knock the target out. Will daze those who are hit by the aoe. Due to Suijinou this technique will go through defences as if one rank higher

A-rank Second Form:

This technique has a second form that requires the user to use 10 more chakra in order allow the chakra to explode on impact increasing the aoe range to 25m from target location and technique speed to 85m/s doing A-rank damage on target location,B-rank damage at 2-10m away and C-rank damage at 20m away from location in the form of burns and cuts. This technique will cut through limbs or bodies if direct contact is made.

Raiton : Will paralyse the opponent and cause 4th degree tissue damage will severe limbs on impact. The Aoe will cause 3rd degree tissue damage as well as 3 to 4 inch cuts which go through bone and may severe limbs.

Suiton : Will knock the opponent unconscious and fill them with water to some degree and leave them drenched and will severe limbs and cut through the enemy on impact as well as shattering bones. Those 10m away will be knocked partialy unconscious and will suffer broken bonnes and 3rd degree tissue damage. 11 - 25m away will be dazed and suffer some damage to bones and several 3 to 4 inch cuts at random locations. This technique goes through defences as if S-rank(suijinou kekkei genkai )

Description: The Mist Clone Jutsu is similar to the Shadow Clone Jutsu except it creates clones out of water that have a fixed amount of chakra dependant on the method in which the technique is used.
Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is is not limited however the clone may not be cancelled in order to regain the chakra as well as the clone can not use any other elements besides Suiton and no element jutsus.

Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will dissipate and in this case a dense mist is left behind in the form of basic kirigakure no jutsu. This technique can create a maximum of two clones and has a very specific distrubution of chakra. The clone automatically disperses when it runs out of chakra or when a fatal blow is landed or it is knocked unconscious.

Method 1 : A single clone is made which has a total chakra in multiples of 20 to a maximum of 100 chakra. This clone has access to all jutsu except for Raiton and Fuuinjutsu.

Method 2 : A pair of clones is made with a chakra in multiples of 10 to a maximum of 50 chakra. These clones have access to all jutsu except for Raiton, Fuuinjutsu and Senjutsu.

Method 3 : Re-release, you may seal a clone back inside for 5 chakra then release it again at any time for another 5 chakra. This method may only be used once and has a range of 20 meters.

Description: The user takes control of a body of water as it rises up like a shield directed by either the user's hands or weapon. The techniques style makes the shielding rather unique as unlike other defences it has two forms which have varied forms of use. Ranging between a strong direct defence or a multi angled defence due to the nature of the technique.

First Form Direct Block : Place both hands in front or raise blade to the front creating a double walled shield which can blocking 2 A-Ranks or 3 B-Rank Jutsu

Second Form Free Flow : The user may spread his arms and place one shield in front and one shield behind him or to the side each shield having a 180 degree surrounding capabilities resulting in a dome defence if hands are focused front and back. When using a single weapon you need to perform the free form with two movements.

The damage done during first or second form carries over to the other form so you can not recover the shields by switching forms. The damage between the shields is shared so the overall defensive strength will always be 2 A's or 3 B's blocked.

The mirror images react almost automatically to lock jutsu heading towards the original making the technique easily picked up on after it is seen. Each of these can only block 1 C-Rank jutsu or 2 D-Rank jutsu. The cooldown is set to minimum 6posts + 1 post if both die. The user may pay 10 chakra to make an extra image but the cooldown increases by 1 post in this case.

Clan History: Story of Yuzu:
Deep within forests hidden among the trees of the water country the Yuzu clan was a peaceful clan who had aimed to grow and collect fruit. They were citrus farmers however in the times of the first war they lived relatively peacefully and even the second, but in the third great ninja war while many shinobi had been away from Mizu no Kuni, the peaceful clan of Yuzu who had concidentally stayed in their own small village of Yuzugakure were invaded.

All the fruit and herbs were taken leaving nothing for the villagers and the clan itself began to die out. In an act of desperation the leader at the time Yuzu Shiatra took all the children along with her to find refuge as the war came to an end they met with the Mizukage seeking aid.

It was then that the Mizukage made a deal in exchange for them taking the Yuzu clan into their ranks the Yuzu clan must allow atleast one to two children to be trained as shinobi.

Shiatra was suspicious but having no choice agreed to the deal and moved on.

Several years passed and the clan grew once more however the Yuzu clan never became large with many members becoming shinobi but Shiatra's eldest daughter one of the children who grew up decided at the age of twenty when she took over from her mother that they should change their terms.

It was unclear what was offered but the Yuzu clan had a talent for finding and collecting plants but the truth was that they had a very strong link to water which resided in all plants.

In exchange for allowing every member of the Yuzu clan to become a shinobi, they asked for the secrets of the seven shinobi swordsman and after years of training and practice they had developed ways to craft special weapons.

From gatherers and farmers to crafters and swordsman. However their true strength was in their ability to manipulate water developing one unique ninjutsu along with one secret kenjutsu as well as one mixed ninkenjutsu

It is unclear the structure of the clan as they seem to be scattered all over Mizu no Kuni however...

Their main home is currently a small citrus fruit forest beneath a lake, the entrance hidden from everyone besides the Mizukage and Yuzu clan members as well as those who receive a special seal provided by the Mizukage herself . While their numbers are small the forest beneath the lake is large.

Their home beneath the lake also shows off their ability to use Fuuinjutsu sealing off areas to prevent the water from collapsing down on their home. The seals are waterproof as well as resistant to most breaks due to the seals being multiple seals upon seals.

Also as is custom shinobi have a seal placed on them at birth which is done through carefully skilled medical jutsu performed by several members of the Yuzu clan and the Mizukage.

This seal is permanent due to its location with its removal resulting in death if done incorrectly


Kekkei Genkai Description: Suijinou

This unique technique allows an exceptional amount of water control allowing the members of the Yuzu clan to utilize water from the air itself fairly easily with deserts being their only real problem in times of trouble. The abilities of the kekkei genkai.

Water Boost:
Improves the effect of all suiton abilities by 1 rank excluding damage,range and other details...
examples... If user uses a skill that blocks a rank C jutsu and you use a C rank jutsu it will break through...

Conservation:
Due to their control of water in general they are able to reserve an extra pool of chakra. +20 Chakra



Their water control also allows them to perform ninjutsu that require a level of control so rare and requiring very specific training.

Drawbacks: Due to their excessive affinity for water they can not learn any Katon abilities as well as take an extra -1 from Katon abilities that hit them.

While in a desert they lose the boost provided from conservation.

Members of this clan may not have a third or forth element.
They must take Fuuinjutsu as third specialisation.
May not take the specialist characteristic as Yuzu clan members are primarily focused on using swords.

Due to their unique blood that flows through their veins they are more difficult to heal or be treated than normal

At ranks B and up this technique allows one to see through genjutsu 2 ranks below it, as well as resists genjutsu triggers involving sight due to the alteration of incoming light towards ones eyes.

Also keeps dust out and reduces negative effects of bright light. Please note that genjutsu resistance may not be used to escape visual genjutsu already affecting the user.

Description: A technique developed from hard work and with strict pattern of technique. That works in three stages.
First Stage : Using suijinou to gather the water and Fuuinjutsu to seal it along with a portion of ones chakra into a sword. This takes up one post.
Second Stage : once sealed the blade may be left on its own but may not be used to attack during this stage. This takes up second post.
Third Stage : swing the sword and releases all the chakra however utilizing the skills of Mizukiri along with suijinou causes the water to strike in a location with force then explodes.

This will also result in nearly all water leaving the point of explosion resulting in severe desertification of trees forests and wearing down of rocks caught in the blast radius.

The force of technique influenced by precise focus that causes the water and chakra to explode causes deep cuts, bruises and can damage bones from shear force.

The opponent may also be knocked out however depending on skill level the effects could be worse.

If technique is blocked at close range the user takes half of the damage of the attack itself. Reduction due to suijinou enabling user to resist effects.

A-Rank
Close Range Damage A-Rank Are able to cut through an non armoured person with relative ease and deal 4th degree tissue damage, and is often fatal on direct impact.
Ranged AoE Damage A-Rank Will reduce area within 100m ahead and 20m radius of this straight attack desertified and opponent suffers cuts, bruises, fractures to bones from the force as well as dizzyness from the knock leaving weak people unconscious or weakened

S-Rank
Close Range Damage S-Rank Unless user has a special technique that allows weapons attacks to pass through them or insane level of regeneration the close range slash will destroy and tear the opponent apart completely.

Ranged Damage..Will reduce area within 150m ahead and 50m radius of this straight attack... this will also leave a scar across the earth which will be unable to bare fruit which is why this technique was is the most powerful technique of the Yuzu clan. Or atleast the most powerful technique not forbidden.

Anyone caught in the blast suffers severe damage to their bones and body in general as well as sometimes having limbs severed from the force of the technique. Only extremely tough or skilled people can resist dying from the blast but severe wounds will be inflicted on those who can not avoid it.

Desertification
Plant life or non ninja animals dry out and die, with some plant life becoming brittle while others fall to dust. Cactuses may survive but shrink to half size. Because of the nature of this technique repeated use is not possible due to the amount of water lost in the area which normally results in desert patches if not dealt with

Description: Only learnt by those given permission from the Mizukage, this is the highest ranking skill of the Yuzu clan and because of this it was forbidden within the clan.

The user releases a seal placed within their body through medical jutsu performed by several elders each knowing a portion of the seals. When released all water in the air on the ground and within everyones body moves around uncontrollably. Only Yuzu clan members and people who have a high level of chakra control can resist and withstand this technique. Anyone who is not atleast B-rank in Suiton or A-rank in their primary element will have all stats reduced by 1 rank and an extra rank per rank below those mentioned.

Example... C-rank Suiton,B-rank Primary -1 all stats
D-rank Suiton, C-rank Primary -2 all stats...

To those immune to this effect only the user may use Suiton ninjutsu.

The kekkei genkai has three distinct abilities that exemplify their dominance with Suiton. The main ability is known as the Suijinou Arts and in order to handle the intensified use of their arts they have a seal placed on them at birth.

The Suijinou Arts allow every suiton jutsu to have an extended or altered form that follows on from the original technique. The enhancement must follow the rules of the art and when adding this to jutsu requires a word count that is equal to 50% of the jutsu's training words required. These extensions also have chakra costs and a cooldown to refresh.

Suijinou First Art:

Scatter... Allows a Suiton Jutsu to be split in order to hit the target at the cost of reduced damage. The rank also effects how much the jutsu can be split. The number of times it can be split is equal to the rank where D=1 and each rank above that can be split more. The split that follows on has a reduction in damage per split since it is essentially increasing the number of projectiles or attacks from this technique. Cost is Rank-1.

Example : Water Dragon Jutsu sends forth a large water dragon that does B-Rank damage, it can be split into two dragons which have only C-Rank damage or it can be split into four dragons which have only D-Rank damage...


The scatter can also be done in the form of an explosion in which case the damage remains the same at half the radius used and the cost varies according to radius
3m = 0 cost
6m = 5 chakra
10m = 10 chakra
20m = 15 chakra
40m = 20 chakra

Cooldown is 10 posts

Suijinou Second Art:

Condensation... allows a water jutsu to become heavier and generally more effective in terms of its capability at increased costs.

When applied to the hidden mist adds a 1m.s-1 slow effect per rank of the mist used, this needs to be trained and has no other effects to the hidden mist technique. It has no cooldown and can only stack at most 2 different mists at any given time.

When applied to defensive jutsu doubles the duration and adds 50% more defence at the cost of its rank-5 chakra.

Example: A-Rank water shield can block 2 A-Rank jutsu, will not block an additional 1 A-Rank jutsu blocking in total 3 A-Rank jutsus... Take note that you would be spending around 25 + 20 = 45 chakra where you could just use a single S-Rank jutsu to block up to 4 A-Rank jutsus for 30 chakra... However the increase to duration means the enemy will not have the option to wait out the defence

When applied to offensive jutsu at the cost of an additional 5 chakra per effect you may
Increase duration by 1 post per 5 chakra
Increase damage by 1 rank per 5 chakra capped at S-Rank

Cooldown is 10 posts

Suijinou Third Art:

Sealing Waters... They may convert a suiton technique to have a sealing version which applies an effect dependent on the sealing technique trained. The water seals are rare and only one water sealing offensive technique may be used on an enemy at any given time and requires concentration so depending on the strength the user will either be stationary to maintain it or if it is a minor seal then the user may move freely, these abilities require 5000 words each to train and 100ryo unlike the other arts.

Drawbacks: Due to their excessive affinity for water they can not learn any Katon abilities as well as take an extra -1 from Katon abilities that hit them.
Members of this clan may not have a third or forth element.
May not take the specialist characteristic as Yuzu clan members are primarily focused on using swords.
Due to their unique blood that flows through their veins they are more difficult to heal or be treated than normal Pharmacophobia

Description: A while skilled kenjutsu technique in which you raise the sword from the ground all the way forward and upwards with a near perfect swing while slightly manipulating the water in the air to reduce the slowing down of the swing. At close range inflicts a wound but at a distance the water in the air is cut dehydrating an object to some degree while also pushing a force forward as the water in the air splits.

Can also be used to split water apart for a brief period of time to allow one to dash through or to remove the footing of someone standing on the water. The technique may also push someone back at Rank B and up while travelling with an expanding arc.

D-Rank
Half inch cuts, scratches and light bruising with range damage
Arc reaches up to 2m radius and travels at 10 m/s

C-Rank
¾ inch cuts, scratches and light bruising
will knock away projectiles of D-rank and lower
Arc reaches up to 4m radius and travels at 20m/s

Description: Having had problems with mist when the Yuzu clan first arrived in Kirigakure they developed a technique using their unique control over water to apply a special lense of water over their eyes.
Due to the unique way in which the lens is made allows the user to see through mist to some degree depending on level of skill

At ranks B and up this technique allows one to see through genjutsu 2 ranks below it, as well as resists genjutsu triggers involving sight due to the alteration of incoming light towards ones eyes.

Also keeps dust out and reduces negative effects of bright light. Please note that genjutsu resistance may not be used to escape visual genjutsu already affecting the user.

Description: A technique developed from hard work and with strict pattern of technique. That works in three stages.

First Stage : Using suijinou to gather the water and Fuuinjutsu to seal it along with a portion of ones chakra into a sword. This takes up one post.

Second Stage : once sealed the blade may be left on its own but may not be used to attack during this stage. This takes up second post.

Third Stage : swing the sword and releases all the chakra however utilizing the skills of Mizukiri along with suijinou causes the water to strike in a location with force then explodes.

This will also result in nearly all water leaving the point of explosion resulting in severe desertification of trees forests and wearing down of rocks caught in the blast radius.

The force of technique influenced by precise focus that causes the water and chakra to explode causes deep cuts, bruises and can damage bones from shear force.

The opponent may also be knocked out however depending on skill level the effects could be worse.

If technique is blocked at close range the user takes half of the damage of the attack itself. Reduction due to suijinou enabling user to resist effects.

A-Rank
Close Range Damage A-Rank Are able to cut through an non armoured person with relative ease and deal 4th degree tissue damage, and is often fatal on direct impact.

Ranged AoE Damage A-Rank Will reduce area within 80m ahead and 20m radius of this straight and rectangular attack desertified and opponent suffers cuts, bruises, fractures to bones from the force as well as dizzyness from the knock leaving weak people unconscious or weakened. The attack bursts off to the sides of the user as it blasts forward over a large area.

S-Rank
Close Range Damage S-Rank Unless user has a special technique that allows weapons attacks to pass through them or insane level of regeneration the close range slash will destroy and tear the opponent apart completely.

Ranged Damage..Will reduce area within 150m ahead and 50m radius of this straight attack... this will also leave a scar across the earth which will be unable to bare fruit which is why this technique was is the most powerful technique of the Yuzu clan. Or atleast the most powerful technique not forbidden.

Anyone caught in the blast suffers severe damage to their bones and body in general as well as sometimes having limbs severed from the force of the technique. Only extremely tough or skilled people can resist dying from the blast but severe wounds will be inflicted on those who can not avoid it.

Desertification
Plant life or non ninja animals dry out and die, with some plant life becoming brittle while others fall to dust. Cactuses may survive but shrink to half size. Because of the nature of this technique repeated use is not possible due to the amount of water lost in the area which normally results in desert patches if not dealt with

Yuzu no Fuuinsui

Description: The Yuzu Clans most powerful defensive technique ever created. The user calls forth waters that burst forth from around him and whirl around in a barrier or dome like bubble around the user. This technique can seal up to two jutsus of its rank or four jutsus of a rank lower. Anything two ranks and lower than this jutsu have no effect on it. The jutsu stores energy from the strength of the sealed jutsu.

The jutsu gains charges where same rank = 2 and a rank lower = 1.
D to B rank charges
When at least 1 charge is gained the user may ....
When at least 2 charges is gained the user may ....
When at max charge the user can use ......

A to S rank charges
When at least 1 charge is gained the user's next Suiton jutsu will act as a +1 rank when facing another jutsu, however damage range and other details remain the same.
When at least 2 charges is gained the user's next Suiton jutsu will have +1 rank when facing other jutsu and bonus +1 duration, cooldown of jutsu is increased by +2
When at least 4 charges is gained the user's next Suiton jutsu will act as 1 rank higher in every aspect...
This effect can not be applied to S-Rank jutsu and can not be used more than once for an A-Rank jutsu

Description: This technique extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to rises seven meters into the air, with the eye of the vortex facing the target and user in the middle. The vortex then accelerates forward ripping through ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge typhoon, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. The vortex can cut through armor (B-Rank below), create 7 cm deep lacerations, as well as drown the target. The technique can be performed twice and those with more experience (Suiton A-SS) can fire two vortexes at the same time. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique costs 25 chakra. If a second vortex is created, this jutsu costs 50 chakra.

Description: The caster of this jutsu creates water in his hand, spinning it in the process. He compacts the water and launches it at his opponent. It moves in a swilling current that is 10 meters in every dimension. It moves at 50m/s, and can take off limbs if it hits directly. It can crush bones and major organs on impact, effectively killing the target. By spending 10 more chakra, the caster can expand the current rapidly on impact, making something similar to an explosion of water. This gives the jutsu the ability to hit multiple targets. This jutsu can also be used as a parent jutsu in a collaboration technique.

Description: The Mist Clone Jutsu is similar to the Shadow Clone Jutsu except it creates clones out of water that have a fixed amount of chakra dependant on the method in which the technique is used.
Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is is not limited however the clone may not be cancelled in order to regain the chakra as well as the clone can not use any other elements besides Suiton and no element jutsus.

Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will dissipate and in this case a dense mist is left behind in the form of basic kirigakure no jutsu. This technique can create a maximum of two clones and has a very specific distrubution of chakra. The clone automatically disperses when it runs out of chakra or when a fatal blow is landed or it is knocked unconscious.

Method 1 : A single clone is made which has a total chakra in multiples of 20 to a maximum of 100 chakra. This clone has access to all jutsu except for Raiton and Fuuinjutsu.

Method 2 : A pair of clones is made with a chakra in multiples of 10 to a maximum of 50 chakra. These clones have access to all jutsu except for Raiton, Fuuinjutsu and Senjutsu.

Method 3 : Re-release, you may seal a clone back inside for 5 chakra then release it again at any time for another 5 chakra. This method may only be used once and has a range of 20 meters.

Kougakure:

This technique rains down water with tight cohesive bonds allowing lightning to travel through it easily, due to the degree to which the rain is dense it may also act as a slight body of water or simply to make enemies or the user wet for whatever purpose they desire.

Description: The user takes control of a body of water as it rises up like a shield directed by either the user's hands or weapon. The techniques style makes the shielding rather unique as unlike other defences it has two forms which have varied forms of use. Ranging between a strong direct defence or a multi angled defence due to the nature of the technique.

First Form Direct Block : Place both hands in front or raise blade to the front creating a double walled shield which can blocking 2 A-Ranks or 3 B-Rank Jutsu

Second Form Free Flow : The user may spread his arms and place one shield in front and one shield behind him or to the side each shield having a 180 degree surrounding capabilities resulting in a dome defence if hands are focused front and back. When using a single weapon you need to perform the free form with two movements.

The damage done during first or second form carries over to the other form so you can not recover the shields by switching forms. The damage between the shields is shared so the overall defensive strength will always be 2 A's or 3 B's blocked.

Kagami-zo:

Description: Creates up to two images of the user that are similar to those from the clone jutsu however the difference lies in the extra chakra used to ensure the bodies are more useful, the limit is maximum 4. The bodies have limited movement at half the users speed and can not interact with anything other than jutsu. The mirror images react almost automatically to lock jutsu heading towards the original making the technique easily picked up on after it is seen. Each of these can only block 1 C-Rank jutsu or 2 D-Rank jutsu. The cooldown is set to minimum 6posts + 1 post if both die. The user may pay 10 chakra to make an extra image but the cooldown increases by 1 post in this case.
