Description: Wind Release: Stream is a movement technique with no offensive application, designed to allow a shinobi to maneuver mid-air. The shinobi exhales a powerful, concentrated stream of wind from their mouth. This stream has enough force to accelerate the user's movement mid-air or allow them them to rapidly change the direction they're going in. Beyond this, however, it has several unintended effects. When blown into the ground, it's force can help dislodge dirt and sand, creating a small smoke-screen effect. Naturally, this requires loose dirt or sand. The stream has enough force to knock projectiles aside, as well as to make someone hit by it stagger back a few feet, assuming the caster is 5 metres or less away from the person being hit.

The user generates special luminous blood red 5" chakra Senbon from their clans ability to use anti-healing chakra to create a needle which interrupts the flow of chakra in the body. The needle deals no damage or pain to the victim, and is in fact hardly noticeable on contact, but it moves at an average of 65mp/s and on hit, stops the flow of chakra and ability to mould chakra from a limb onward until the needle is removed. Making this an excellent ability to intercept more powerful jutsu, moments before they are used due to its incredible speed and making opponents waste chakra as they attempt and fail jutsu.

At any point the needle can be removed by the victim to completely undo any further limitation, and leaving no lasting effect. This is as simple as plucking out the needle with ones bare hands.

This technique is exceedingly hard to maintain, and its maintainable chakra cost per turn is doubled for each turn it has remained active.

Description:
Focusing on the chakra within a person's body, the user uses a finely tuned medical technique, sending out a 360 degree pulse to shock the chakra systems of everything within range of themselves. This technique is quick and is an excellent means to intercept jutsu before they are cast, while any Maintained techniques which were in use at the time cease, and commence their cool-downs.

The user consolidates chakra into a glowing white orb of chakra. and hurling it at the opponent with incredible solid force. Capable of knocking them back 6 meters, causing heavy bruising as well as light fractures to hit bones. The orb then detonates into senbon in a spherical or conical direction at the discretion of the user. The needles travel at 75mp/s are each 5" long and can penetrate 3" deep, even through bone. The user is able to reduce the size, range and power of the orbs by instead creating two smaller orbs for versatilities sake. The needle 'blast' radius is reduced by ten meters when using two making it 15meters, and the needles are reduced to 3" along with 2" penetration. The orbs fire needles which spread and continue to split as they extend out, resulting in 5 needles per square foot at any range.

Within it, the user senses and perceives all bodily functions of the people/ living beings around them, as well as their enzyme/ body cell functionality, nerve function and impulse pathways, organ function, body heat, circulatory and chakra system function and all anomalies within of those within the jutsu's radius, making this technique incredibly effective as both a sensory technique, as well as a means to diagnose medical disturbances in a patient or ally, in a process not to dissimilar from remote viewing combined with X ray. Though as a trade off, the user becomes blind to all non living things.

Controlling the chakra the user is able to manipulate the body sized boulder at speeds equal to their ninja rank, protecting them from C rank and lower abilities. Impact with the boulder is capable of causing multiple lacerations (able to be bone deep, though not penetrating bone) and heavy bruising/ concussive force. When the jutsu ends, the user is able to expend the excess hair in needles capable of penetrating skin and muscle but not bone which travel at 50mp/s, or by having the hair fall to the ground.

Description:
The user creates a white sphere of chakra around themselves to defend their bodies from attack. The shield is able to soak a technique of equal rank or two techniques of one rank lower before breaking (on the second-third with no resistance), techniques 2 ranks lower don't effect the shield while techniques of a rank higher will shatter it with no resistance. However, upon breaking the chakra does not dissipate normally, instead, at will, the sphere's chakra is transmuted into 4" long senbon, being shot in every direction suddenly at 70mp/s with a density of five needles per square foot at maximum range and are able to penetrate through a body's soft tissue, but not through bone. The senbon remain in the area for the remainder of the duration.

Description:
Unlike its predecessor, the spinning orb of Needle hell is a complex technique, where the user creates a rotating orb of chakra Senbon, spinning around them like a storm of dust, able to deflect up to two techniques of equal rank, or up to three of one rank lower, techniques of two ranks lower don't effect the shield, while techniques of one rank higher will break through. Though, at any point, the user can fire the needles out in any chosen direction, allowing them to replicate the explosion of needles similar to Orb of needle hell' with a density of eight needles per square foot at maximum range, or unleash a powerful torrent of Senbon in one or several specific directions by releasing the needles from orbit at specific times to extend the torrent, compacting the hit area, riddling the intended target with a carpet of senbon. The needles fly at up to 85mp/s and can penetrate all soft tissue, and break bone.

Description:
This takes two posts to set up and the user must have at least three senbon needles and/or kunai in their locker at the time. The user then, takes the first post to scatter the needles or kunai in to the ground in a three or more point shape. The next post is used to cast a net of ration across the points causing the area to become alive with an invisible wave of electricity that will create the following effects depending on the rank.
C-Rank – If opponent steps in the area or gets caught, they will be stunned for one post, and maintain a short burst of pain throughout the immediate that came in contact with the current
B Rank – Stuns person for one post but may also cause minor electrical burns and numbness to areas, slowing their reaction time for the following post.
A Rank – Will stun the person for two posts or render them fully unconscious if weak to ration. Also will cause electrical burns over limb that came in contact with the current ,  rendering that limb useless until medical treatment is received.

This technique essentially hardens the hair on the user's head and shoots it continuously at the enemy until the user is temporarily bald at 10 needles per square foot per round and at an an 50 degree angle at 80mp/s. At the same time that the user kneads the chakra needed for the jutsu and firing their hair as needles, they activate and repair their own hair roots with medical energy causing the hair to grow at an accelerated rate, thus making repeated use possible without balding for long periods of time, once the cool down is complete, the user's hair has regrown to its full length! The sharpened points of the hair can turn the target's entire body into a pincushion with 6" needles, penetrating to the centre of bone, or 5" deep, potentially pinning the victim to whatever surface they're near. The major Danger for the victim however, is the sheer speed of the technique as well as having a large, adjustable hit diameter.

The user Channels a huge sum of chakra into a single location on their finger, creating a near solid marble of chakra which releases energy slowly. and touches it to the recipients' forehead, leaving it there glowing. The radiating chakra pulses over the receiver, rapidly healing b rank wounds and higher ranked wounds over time. Wounds heal at a rate of 1 rank per turn. (Eg. damage from a D-B rank abilities will heal in 2 turns, A rank will heal in 3 turns, and S rank skills will heal in 4 turns, though any fatal wound will render the user unconscious for 2 turns as they recover. However, lethal wounds to the head, or removing the head will not heal, and the user will die in excruciating pain.)

The user creates a vortex of chakra, sucking in chakra from a single technique of up to one rank higher than this technique. By draining the chakra and creating a single 5" long by 1/2mm wide needle of the same elemental alignment of the drained skill, the user bullets the needle back at an opponent. The needle, using the chakra signature from the drained jutsu, tracks its target almost flawlessly at 85mp/s for the first 80m within the range of the jutsu. The Void needle is able to penetrate almost any substance, be it multiple people, or even lighter armours, as well as deliver 2nd degree tissue damage of the type and severity of the drained jutsu over up to 1/2 a meter

The user is able to summon the visage of a ninja which is imprinted on this technique* causing a perfect representation of another ninja the user has met to appear out of mid-air as if having entered with body flicker. The clone has the same identical chakra pathways/ signature and biology as well as special characteristics as the original, making it almost indistinguishable as a clone. The clone also has a single jutsu of the original imprinted ninja and 25 chakra which it can use donated from the user. The Clone Can only use elements and specs which the user already has, but has A rank physical statistics, as well as sharing the controller's basic human senses. The clone can be destroyed by 4 B rank basic attacks or 2 A rank, or a single direct hit from a technique of B rank or higher.

During a turn where the user performs no other action they can re-absorb the clone by making physical contact, taking into themselves the clones remaining chakra pool (up to a max of +25 chakra)

*(Imprinting a ninja onto this technique requires to post this jutsu in their jutsu registration with the name of the ninja with a link to their character profile, as well as one of their jutsu attached to it. To Imprint a ninja, it simply requires a thread where the user is able to observe the ninja/ the jutsu they use as well as observe their chakra system accompanied with a 2000 word training WC. This jutsu can have a limit of 5 imprinted ninja, but only one can be summoned at a time.)

The needles are sharp enough to penetrate rock and steel alike virtually ignoring the human body. They travel at near 100 mp/s to which their pace is set at the users will. They can bullet in one needle at a time rapidly, or all close in at once for a lethal execution.

Drawing on the power of their forefathers, this Hereditary technique seen barely twice a millennia comes from the ability to wield the true power of the Dharma needle in producing two, one meter long needles of the same variety at a much stronger tier. The needles are considered SS rank weapons and can each be broken by a single SS rank technique or 2 A rank Techniques. The needles can be thrown but dissolve if they are not retrieved and maintained within the next post.

Upon Both needles impacting with a living target:The Chakra needles sink into the user filling their wounds and missing parts with chakra and with a dazzling spectacle of light and restorative power and various aesthetic effects cause the beneficiary to feels the complete restoration of 100% body to its prime genetic state, completely healing damage and cell degradation to a cellular and spiritual level as well as removing all invading anomalies of both chemical and chakra natures from within the user's body. Healing even chakra pathways and long lost limbs so long as the wounds are open at the time of use, the healing factor of this jutsu is considered so potent, it can even revive post lethal damage AS LONG AS it is used on the victim the turn after death. The means in which it heals the target is by recovering their body to perfect working condition, and resuscitating them. Naturally, if beyond the point of resuscitation, or the body was irreparably damaged (Decapitated, obliterated, soulless) The heal will recover their body, but not breathe new life into them.

One needle hits:
Upon only one needle impacting with a Target, its healing abilities are reduced to: Loss of limbs are regenerated over 2 turns so long as the wounds are open and not healed, while healing chakra recovers mortal damage over 2/3's of their body over 2 turns.

History:
Within the scope of the Guanyin Clan, there is a tale of the founder of the nomadic healers. The original founder of the clan and developer of the sacred KKG. Rumour spoke of two legendary abilities which could change the ninja world, their KKG lay in two distinct factors of their clan, that their healing techniques, were not normal.

The positive chakra which flowed through the body of the Guanyin was stronger, and more complete, their jutsu able to recreate the human body, more than simply fasten its healing processes, creating the ability through the clan's techniques to grant the ability to give indefinite life to its user through regenerating the bodies entire structure, both physical and ethereal through the direct use of positive chakra. True spiritual healing. Incarnated in the form of the Blue needle, named after the founder's first son, Dharma. Who was able to use the twin needles of longevity, and few after him in his direct bloodline.

The second of the two legendary skills was the ability to create needles which on the truest of levels degraded and destroyed life energy directly with the force of negative chakra. Incarnated in the form of red energy with the clan's unique Kekkei Genkai to be able to create this energy within themselves and use its potential. The legendary scope of the skill in its truest form was able to obliterate the life force of an entity entirely, beyond reparation, granting a true death, to even the most long lived of entities. I do apologize for the wait.

Wind Haze: This can't be a stat-boosting technique as a D-rank. However, you can make it more difficult for ninja to detect you via the Perception stat, marginally.

Micro-Vacuum: Is this like a gate, per se, that the projectiles travel through to get the boost? If so, I'm not sure how your control is precise enough to evade obstacles.

Self-Healing Pulse: You can update this to the most recent Jutsu Rules damage tables~

Sitting-Needles: How thick are they? In addition, how quickly can they travel? They should only pierce about half what they can right now. Specify exact ranges that (a. you can shoot them and (b. that they can exist from you at all in trap form.

Chakra Senbon: As above, so below.

Chakra Acupuncture: Modify the speed to be appropriate.

Needle Hell Stream: You're making a lot of these, should the effectiveness not go down just a tad? Consult the Jutsu Rules on this.

Chakra Interception: This is fine.

Sun-Senbon Sphere: You can throw the sphere(s) with as much force as you would be able to otherwise. Fix the other parts of the jutsu to go in line with Jutsu Rules; it'll only cost ya +5 to create two spheres that are less effective than the large one.

Medical Sensory Technique: Mid-range, very specific use. Sensory, slightly supplementary. I do think this checks off.

Needle Jizo Tank: Can you specify what you mean in regards to speed? Wording-wise, I wasn't sure if you meant jutsu-rank speeds or their own normal travel speed. The explosion of senbon at the end is a bit much.

Needle Hell Orb: Being offensive and defensive, this technique has alright defensive power, but the offense is still pretty strong. Consult the Jutsu Rules.

Spinning Needle Hell Orb: You upped both the blocked jutsu count and the offensive utility, even though the lower-rank jutsu would have been fine at a higher rank. It's unbalanced at this point, due to that.

Lightning Snare:
C-rank: Immobilize would be okay, but not a stun. Lasting -1 to RT would be OK for one or two posts after.
B-rank: Likewise, and the immobilize can very likely increase in duration.
A-rank: This is where a 1-post stun can start. Due to this being a full 2-post setup, I can allow auxiliary effects. But inability to use entire limbs until medical treatment is received is a bit much with the primary effect as well.

Needle Hell: The cooldown should be something like "Duration +3 posts". Adjust the jutsu damage (you shouldn't have to lower it by much).

Mark of Fortune: The would-be maintenance cost is actually 30 chakra. However, the technique itself is perfect.

Void Tracker: Suck away a jutsu, and a terrific tracking offense... where's the drawback? Set this to Jutsu Rules standards on speed, please.

Mirror Clone is fine.~

Needle Storm Prison: Explicate what radius you can have the needles converge in on. Otherwise, just consult Jutsu Rules.

Second Needle: Dharma: I need a second opinion on the back-from-life thing just to be sure it's still legal. <3 I think it should cost a tad more to bring back from the brink, though.
