Location: Konoha
Reward: 250 ryo
Mission description: A dangerous Missing-Ninja from Konohagakure has recently been spotted on the outskirts of the Fire Country. This Missing-Ninja is considered to be highly dangerous due to his clan's special Kekkai Genkai and is to be engaged on sight. Mission details: /

Name: Ganjou Kemai
Age: 23
General Appearance: Ganjou's true appearance is a young man with short brown hair who appears to be in his early twenties. He stands at a moderate height, of moderate build, and nothing particularly stands out. He wears a black kimono shirt over a fishnet garment, a whit sash around his waist, and a pair of generic black shinobi pants and sandals.
Personality: Cocky, confident, arrogant, all incredibly so. Ganjou holds himself and his abilities in high confidence, for good reason as well. Ganjou possesses a talent for acting and often utilizes said talent to his benefit, especially in combination with his Kekkai Genkai. Various mental instabilities stem from his Kekkai Genkai, including an intense case of Multiple Personality Disorder where he believes he is one of a hundred different personalities.
Motivations: Asserting his authority and control, causing chaos.
Fears: Defeat, Mind games, being outmatched.
Other: Chuunin Level / B-Rank.
Kekkai Genkai: Ganjou possesses the very special ability to place a person under a genjutsu the instant they look at him. The effects of this genjutsu cannot be controlled and the only effect of said genjutsu is that those inflicted by it see their “precious person”, or the person they are most emotionally attached to. In addition to this, Ganjou's knowledge on the shinobi of Konohagakure is vast beyond belief. He knows most shinobi by their names and faces, even if he'd never met them. The effects of the genjutsu are immediately null and void when Ganjou is killed or incapacitated.

Mission name: Stop the Vandal!
Mission rank: D
Objective:
Location: Konoha
Reward: 70
Mission description: An elderly gentleman has contracted a shinobi or two to catch a adolescent street youth in the act of vandalizing his home. Said street youth is the young boy in the Academy who lives in the buildings next to the elderly man, who claims that the boy often has his young shinobi heathen friends over for general hoodlum activities. In addition, the mission-taker(s) are also encouraged to help paint over the graffiti that has vandalized the man's home.
Mission details: Not much to this one, you just have to catch the person vandalizing the mission-contractor's home in the act and stop them. They normally preform these shenanigans under the safety of night.

Name: Old Man Kareru
Age: 84
General Appearance: An elderly man with a slight hunch and limp when he walks. He carries a cane, which he often shakes violently at kids as they walk by his house. Kareru wears a short tan Kimono with black pants and wooden sandals. When outside, he often wears a straw hat either on his head or tied off so that it doesn't fall when worn around his neck.
Personality: Normally a relatively pleasant old man with a heart of gold, Kareru has recently fallen victim to vandalism tomfoolery that has turned him into a rather mean spirited old fellow. Kareru has become paranoid and slightly afraid of the vandals that tag his house, and appears to be in a hurry to find out who the vandal is.
Motivations: Catching vandals in the act, being an outsanding member of the community.
Fears: Tomfoolery, shenanigans, the number four, hoodlums, his deaf wife, etcetera.
Other: He thinks his dead wife is still alive and watches television while knitting all day. He also calls anybody under the age of fourteen a “street youth”.

Name: Akane “The Vandal” Fuji
Age: Ten
General Appearance: A short and pudgy kid. Akane wears whatever clothes were picked out for him for the day by his mother, and normally has a consistently runny nose.
Personality: Akane is very cocky and arrogant, even for his age. He believes that his mother can get him out of any trouble he's in, and is essentially the definition of a brat. However, Akane has a good side deep down inside that does feel slightly guilty for vandalizing the house of a once nice old man.
Motivations: Graffiti, candy and sweets, mischievous activities.
Fears: Getting caught, his mother's yelling, vegetables.
Other: It's possible to convince Akane to confess to his mother and apologize to Kareru if the mission-taker would like to take a less brutal approach to punishment. This would generally be regarded as the win/win scenario of the mission, as Akane would then be tasked with cleaning the graffiti if he does confess rather than the mission-taker.

Mission name: Silver Saboteur
Mission rank: C
Objective: Find the sabotaged section of the refinery and apprehend the Saboteur.
Location: Konoha
Reward: 180 ryo
Mission description: One of Konohagakure's Silver Refineries has recently come under attack by a Saboteur, who they believe is one of the employees. The mission objective is to locate the section of the refinery that has been sabotaged and report it to the supervisor, and then to catch the Saboteur in the act. The shinobi is then given the option to oversee and aid in fixing the sabotaged and damaged areas of the refinery.
Mission details:
The Silver Saboteur is one of the new workers that helps in the refining process of the silver. The area of the refinery that has been sabotaged is the purification of the silver, which is what increases it's value. The Saboteur allows for other metals and minerals to enter the purified silver, destroying it's near perfect silver content and both weakening the metal itself as well as the price of selling said metal.

Name: Takashi
Age: 42
General Appearance: Takashi shows signs of age on his face. His skin is leathery and his hair is grayed and thin. Takashi is short and stout, clearly built more horizontally than vertically with a slight gut as proof. He wears a red tunic with tan shorts and a white sash, as well as a decorative banana worn like a headband on his head.
Personality: A generally nice man on the outside, but acts with a certain professional attitude while on duty. He prefers to get his work done quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly and the Saboteur has stressed him out greatly. Thus, he is much more irritable and jumpy than before, and would prefer for the ninja he hired to work quickly.
Motivations: Reaching the daily quota, producing quality products.
Fears: Failure, his Superiors, the Saboteur.
