Name: Transformation Technique (変化の術 ~ Henge no Jutsu)

Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to--battle, intelligence gathering, diversions--this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons; however, the object can be no smaller than 1 foot long in at least one dimension. Despite this, this technique has an abundance of uses. The transformation of a master of this technique (which is generally an Academy graduation requirement) makes the user physically and visually the same as the transformed person or object in question, giving the user the exact mass and physical qualities of whatever they transformed into. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. This technique does not give a ninja the abilities or jutsu of a person they transform into, nor can give the user the damaging ability of a weapon (however, this can be used as a bluff). Sensory techniques can easily pick out someone transformed using this jutsu: the user's chakra would be active, as well as the fact that their biological functions and scent are not masked by this jutsu. Costs 5 chakra on activation, and an additional 5 chakra every other post after that.


Name: Doppelganger Technique (影分身の術 ~ Bunshin no Jutsu)

Range: Clones can go up to 15 meters away from the user before dispersing.
Specialty: Ninjutsu.
Duration: Clones last until dissipated or cancelled.
Cooldown: Five posts after all clones are dispersed.
Description: Using this technique, the user can create up to five intangible clones that appear physically identical to the user; these are created within 3 meters of the caster. The clones do not disturb the area around them, don't have shadows or body heat, and as such, in applicable situations, ninja can pick them out with varying difficulty. The clone has no physical form, and as such cannot attack. When any foreign presence passes through the clone, be it physical (a fist, a rock, a sword) or an opponent's jutsu, the clone will dissipate. It's mainly used to help mask the user, helping them attack an opponent who is superior at dodging. It costs 5 chakra to create clones.


Name: Substitution Technique (変わり身の術 ~ Kawarimi no Jutsu)

Description: The Substitution Technique is an age-old skill which enables the user to evade the effects of an attack by switching with an item in the area. (The item---or substantial clone---used for a Substitute must be as large as the user's torso, and must be prepared at least 1 post in advance by infusing it with 5 chakra.) Activating this jutsu for another 5 chakra, the ninja moves at untraceable speed for just a moment, and the item does so as well to take the user's place; the ninja leaves behind a flickering after-image for a second, which, if damaged, releases the chakra which holds it in place in a small smoke cloud, revealing the nature of the technique and the item they have switched with. Higher-rank ninjas' afterimages are able to show some of the signs of natural impact as if it were an actual human, if only for a very short period, before 'poofing'. The user coming out of the technique creates a similar audio and visual cue with a small cloud of translucent smoke and a 'poofing' sound on appearance in the location of the item they Substituted with. This technique causes the user to move at speeds untraceable to human perception, and therefore even the user cannot coordinate attacks during the Kawarimi, or activate any other jutsu. They, however, can maneuver near someone and then attack them after the fast-movement is finished.


Name: Genjutsu Dissipation (幻術解 ~ Genjutsu Kai)

Cooldown: 4 posts.
Description:A technique taught at the Ninja Academy requiring chakra control. By using Kai, a ninja disrupts their own flow of chakra, then starts it again. This allows a ninja to escape from illusions, provided he or she has figured out that a Genjutsu is active. Ninja can use this ability on their comrades to save them from genjutsu, and possibly other techniques that invade their chakra system. It is possible for this technique to fail, if the user misjudges the power of the genjutsu and does not put in enough chakra to stop their chakra flow.

This is an E-ranked technique, but has variable chakra costs.

Genin: 20 chakra for a D-ranked Genjutsu, 40 for C. Genin cannot dispel B-ranked Genjutsu.
Chuunin: 30 chakra for a C-ranked Genjutsu, 50 for B. Chuunin cannot dispel A-ranked Genjutsu.
Special Jounin: 40 chakra for a B-ranked Genjutsu, 60 for A. Toku-Jou cannot dispel S-ranked Genjutsu.
Jounin: 50 chakra for an A-ranked Genjutsu, 70 for S. Jounin cannot dispel SS-ranked Genjutsu.
Sannin/Kage: 60 chakra for an S-ranked Genjutsu, 90 for SS. Only Genjutsu that specifically say that they cannot be Dissipated (such as Tsukuyomi) are the exception.

~Kai can dispel multiple genjutsu at once, but only on the user or another person, not both. The highest-rank genjutsu costs the normal amount to Dissipate, then the second costs the normal amount -5, the third -10, and so on. So, if a genin was caught under a C-rank and two D-rank genjutsu, it would cost 40 chakra to dispel the C-rank jutsu, 15 to dispel the first D-rank, and 10 to dispel the second D-rank.

Description: Supernatural Walking Practice is a basic ninja technique. It involves using chakra flow to channel chakra to one's hands or feet, allowing him/her to walk on, or cling to, surfaces that normally do not allow it. This includes, but is not limited to, walls/ceilings, trees, and even water. Should the flow of chakra stop for any reason, the user will immediately fall off of the surface they are walking on, or plunge underwater.

Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice, either on the ground or in-hand.
The jutsu can be used to either store an item in something or to summon it from something, but it can’t do both.
This jutsu can only seal the user's items, or items that were stolen from a target for more than 3 posts, or items stolen from a KO'd or killed character.
This jutsu has a variable chakra cost depending on the item summoned from the scroll/other item.

Description: The ninja uses their chakra to coat an item, weapon, or armor in their possession with a sheath of energy. This protects the chosen item from interactions with jutsu and allows it to withstand impact from a technique and not break, though it will still offer no protection from damage, other than what it normally would. The chakra cost for this jutsu is dependent on the rank of the item being reinforced.

Name: Puppet Technique (Kugutsu no Jutsu ~ 傀儡の術)

Description: This jutsu generates long, fibrous, malleable chakra strings from each of the user's fingers. They are partially intangible to prevent tangling; this jutsu cannot be used to bind people. The condensed chakra takes a hue of variable color depending on the user. Use of this technique on puppets is only available to those with the Kugutsu specialty. However, people without skill in Puppetry can still generate chakra strings to control weapons they have the specializations to wield, within 30m. This consists of whipping them around like a flail or yo-yo, or controlling their path of travel when thrown. Unless durability is enhanced by a separate technique, these chakra strings can be broken by any D rank technique that causes blunt force, cutting, or piercing damage.

This technique cannot control living people; it can only control corpses, or Human Puppets currently in the user's locker.
3 Types of Strings:
The following applies not to the rank of the jutsu, but rather the rank and the skill level of the user.

Multiple control:
The chakra strings at this rank are more tailored to controlling the base functions of many puppets as opposed to putting an astounding amount of effort into the control of few. Using this technique depending on the user's rank they are able to control up to 10 puppets, though the trade off is each of them operate at the user's speed and reaction time, -1 rank. (Stat increases from items and jutsu do not count towards this. However, those from clans do.)

E rank = 2 puppets
D rank = 3
C rank = 4
B rank = 6
A rank = 8
S rank = 9
SS rank = 10



Balanced Control:
Using more focused control on the puppets the user wields they are able to focus more into their puppets movement, and therefore they no longer receive the negative influence to their speed that the mass control strings had. However, the puppets still receive -1 to reaction time and less puppets are able to operate at this capacity per rank.

Focused control:
The user, with these strings, is able to literally control their puppets with such mastery as if they were basically human themselves. The concentration at this level requires they dedicate themselves into only one or two puppets, but they operate without any negatives what so ever, and move at the user's speed and reaction times.

 Name: Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique (Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu ~ 魔幻・奈落見の術)

Range: Victim must be 15 metres or less from caster during casting, and the caster must maintain visual contact while putting the genjutsu into action. Once cast, range from caster and eye contact is irrelevant.

Description: Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique is a basic Genjutsu that plays on the instinctual fears of the victim. The user simply forms the Rat Hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow of the intended victim. They will then see any potential environmental hazards, such as dirt, sand, grass, leaves or snow, begin to spin and spiral as though caught in a cyclone, cloaking the transition and making it more believable for the victim to believe what follows. Once the diversionary show is over, the user will see their greatest fear manifested. For example, if someone is afraid of scorpions, they would see something like the one they love most being slaughtered by countless scorpions. This does not need to be a fear the caster knows of, as the fear is developed by the victim's mind. The obvious nature of this technique means that even the most fresh of Genin can tell they're in a genjutsu once they have had time to recover from the initial terror of the sights they have seen, and therefore the practical application of this comes not from keeping them in the Genjutsu, but from exploiting the moment of panic it creates once the victim sees the traumatic vision.

Description: The user activates the genjutsu by either touch or weaving the signs Mi (Serpent), Tatsu (Dragon) then Uma (Horse) and being within the line of sight of the opponent or by touch, disrupting the opponent's chakra flow. The effected opponent see reality seem to seep away allowing the caster of the jutsu to form illusions for the opponent for example  Once inside the illusion, the captivated will see before them that which gives them a sense of bliss. ( This being the polar opposite of the 'Hell viewing technique') once cast this jutsu costs 5 chakra per post still active. This does not need to be a 'blissful' fantasy the caster knows of, as the fear is developed by the victim's mind. If this jutsu is activated via touch then the jutsu can not be broken by pain.

The hellish creature they see the caster mutate into depends and can change as the fear is developed by the victim's mind.for example the opponent may see the caster grow a muzzle and tail so when the caster moves to attack the opponent captured within the genjutsu it could apaire as though the caster can attack with both the mutated appendages masking their actual attack.

The genjutsu makes it appear as though the casters skin and flesh peel upwards gruesomely tearing the body apart in a bloody burst distracting the opponent, the caster becomes invisible to the individual captured by the genjutsu allowing the caster the chance to hide or retreat.  this only effects the captured individual visually, all other senses are still able to detect the caster. an indivitual with a perception rank C or higher will be able to find the flaws within the jutsu effectivly seeing through the effects of the genjutsu weather it be seeing through the jutsu all together or catching the more subtle faults such as hearing the casters movements.

This jutsu is used to calm an individual weather they be excited, angry, upset and so on implanting the calm sensation. The calm slowly sets in over one post so that it seems almost natural. This jutsu is activated by either touch or the sound of the casters voice, the sound activation is a soft hum. If the jutsu is activated by touch then it can not be broken by pain.

Description: The caster activates this jutsu by sending a steady stream of Katon chakra into their weapon heating the weapon's edge causing a subtle flicker of toxic green embers to dance along the weapons surface. As the weapon damages flesh it causes 1st degree tissue damage, partially cauterizing the wound in the process.
If the caster uses two weapons and wish to activate the jutsu in both then it takes a round to pour the chakra into both weapons.

Description: The official and original name of the jutsu is Impact fuse though over time Taeru began to nickname it 'Daisy-cutter' for reasons unknown. The jutsu user activates this jutsu by infusing their chakra into their weapon giving the weapon an odd olive green crackle of electricity along its surface, only when the opponent makes contact with the weapon does the jutsu take effect. Upon contact it causes the compact chakra within the weapon to immediately disperse (Quite similar as to the sensation of a balloon popping too close) offensively causing impact damage (Hence the jutsu name Impact fuse).  The damage this jutsu causes effects the integrity of the flesh and beneath, causing major bruising with the possibility of fracturing bone. ( bone fractures may occur if the damage is taken where a bone is close to the surface as a pose to guarded by muscle. Examples of the bones that could be effected are jaw, cheek, hands, feet, ribs and so on.)

If the individual uses two weapons at one time they are only able to infuse this jutsu into one of the weapons Unless either halving the damage each are able to causes or spending 1 round to charge Ration chakra into both.

The jutsu user activates this jutsu by infusing their chakra into their weapon giving the weapon an odd olive green crackle of electricity along its surface, only when the opponent makes contact with the weapon does the jutsu take effect. Upon contact it causes the compact chakra within the weapon to immediately disperse (Quite similar as to the sensation of a balloon popping too close) offensively causing impact damage (Hence the jutsu name Impact fuse).  The damage this jutsu causes effects the integrity of the flesh and beneath, causing major 2nd degree tissue damage whilst breaking bones with ease. If a hit is taken near the head, the blast from the hit can also cause concussion.
Another way this jutsu can be used would be to hit the weapon against something such as another weapon or object, the burst of energy from the impact may cause damage of one rank lower (In this case C rank damage: causing major bruising with the possibility of fracturing bone. (bone fractures may occur if the damage is taken where a bone is close to the surface as a pose to guarded by muscle. Examples of the bones that could be effected are jaw, cheek, hands, feet, ribs and so on.)

If the individual uses two weapons at one time they are only able to infuse this jutsu into one of the weapons Unless either halving the damage each are able to causes (turning the damage to one rank lower.) or spending 1 round to charge Ration chakra into both.

The Genjutsu takes effect on those within or entering the radius, as the static chakra disrupts the opponent's chakra. Such being muffled hearing, (as though the individual is listening through the sound of white noise at a loud volume) disorientation and impairing their sense of depth perception.
Once the jutsu had disbursed from the weapon it is no longer active on the weapon.

Description: Working on the basis of spreading infections within the natural spectrums of contraction. (touch, fluid, and air born methods.)  This jutsu can be including a simple touch, even through clothes and the like, it can be inhaled and absorbed. The caster is able to pump chakra through their system or to a situated area, turning themselves and that which they touch along with the surrounding area infectious. A simple cough or clearing of the throat could disperse the jutsu into the air. That which the jutsu touches remains infected or at the very least a carrier for the infection. The justu is classed as active only upon the caster making them the original pathogen, however, the effects of those infected continue to be infected even when the jutsu itself has been dissipated, the infected individuals form symptoms that are permanent and progressing unless treated by a medical jutsu of at least C rank. (Touching an item can spread the infection when another touched the item (using chakra flow) For example: The caster activates the jutsu and touches a small ball before passing it to another, receiving the item the individual is then infected.)  This infection when spreading through the air for either 5 meters radius or 30 meters in a cone shaped direction (from caster point away to 5 meters across at the end  the 30 meters distance) at a speed of 20m/s. Though as stated this can be used and spread via touch.

Symptoms: Post 1 – No symptoms until the end of the post in which the infected individual begins to overheat as they begin running a high fever.  
Post 2 – Following the high fever the individual starts to feel fatigued when exerting themselves, should the individual exert themselves (push to the maximum thresholds of strength or speed they are capable of) too much the symptoms speed up by 1 post. The individual will gain a headache and backache by the end of this post.
Post 3 - A rash that appears mostly on the face, arms, and legs forms. The rash starts out as a flat, spotty (papular) rash, but soon develops small vesicles (clear fluid-filled lesions) causing the individual to become hypersensitive, moving becomes irritable and uncomfortable.
Post 4 -  The lesions become pustular (filled with cloudy white pus). The pustules(pus-filled lesions) are usually deeply embedded in the skin and are round and hard. As the pustules continue to get bigger, the person infected is usually in a lot of pain, and the high fever continues. Crusts begin to form on rash. Scabs form and separate, leaving deep, pitted scars. Such being classed as 2nd-degree tissue damage.

From this point on the infected individual is infectious and must be treated before the symptoms clear up.

When caught within the gas, even for a moment it causes a chemical reaction, the chlorine reacts with the traces of water within the lungs and with such causes hydrochloric acid. Touch: If the jutsu is activated via touch then the touched flesh immediately becomes inflamed and begins to break down as the very cells themselves are subjected to decay-causing minor 3rd-degree tissue damage, whilst for the two posts following 2nd-degree tissue damage spreads.

Description: The caster is able to meld Iryojustu chakra within their lungs before expelling the chakra for an air born attack when the chakra exits the caster as air born it forms a yellow/brown gas with the distinctive scent of horseradish. The less common method of contact; the caster concentrates chakra into their mouths infusing their saliva with said chakra to transmit this chemical, in this form the chemical is colourless and odorless (This method requires a 1 post prep time). It must be stated within the post what method is being used. The caster must decide whether the jutsu is cast for a torus radius or in a direction(please see range). The gas itself moves at a speed of 40m/s. This chemical is classed as an irritant. When caught within the gas (Or ingesting), even for a moment it causes the flesh to blister and erodes causing major 3rd-degree tissue damage as the gas itself melts the flesh away causing a 1tier reduction to speed. This jutsu can cause blindness and severe damage to the respiratory system. This can cause death, though not immediate, it isn’t a pretty death.
