The Kyoki chakra will penetrate the victim's chakra network and mind giving them a minor dose of madness where their control isn't as good and therefore lowers the kekkei genkai. It must hit the head or it will take no effect.

Clansmen with S-SS rank Medical Ninjutsu can throw them in the form of a purple sebon with a black aura. The sebon causes no damage but stops all usage of Kekei Genkai. The speed of the needle is 25m/s.

B-RANK: 2-inch bites and can fracture bones (can break bone with 3 hits). 5 chakra to maintain. Speed is 20m/s. Create up to 3 snakes who must stay within a 6-meter radius of the user.


A-RANK: 3-inch bites and can shatter bones. 10 chakras to maintain. Speed is 30m/s. Create up to 4 snakes who must stay within a 15-meter radius of the user.


S-RANK: Can pierce through the body and can tear off limbs easily, crushing the bone. 10 chakra to maintain. Speed is 40m/s. Create up to 5 snakes who must stay within a 30-meter radius of the user.

On the second post, the victim will feel their throat become sore. On the third post, the victim's throat will burn and they will feel (not be dealt) minor 2nd-degree burns in the afflicted area. On the fourth post, the throat begins to swell. On the fifth post, the throat will become too swollen and close up the air passages, not allowing the victim to breathe. If the victim doesn't regain the ability to breathe in two posts then they will pass out due to a lack of oxygen.

Head will take 2 posts, the chest will take 3, the abdomen will take 4, the pelvis will take 5, arm or leg will take 6 posts. Alternatively, the user can create a purple sebon with a black aura of chakra to cause the same damage and will be thrown 25mp/s. The sebon is made of fuuton chakra that makes it harder to see and therefore undetectable by sight except for those with with A-0 perception and above. Only one sebon can be created per post.

Description: The user creates 3 chakra sebon out of medical and fuuton chakra that makes it harder to see and therefore undetectable by sight except for those with A-0 perception and above. When thrown, the sebon travel at 25mp/s. Once at least one sebon makes contact with the target, it will begin to take effect. If the sebon makes contact with the victim, the corrosive medical chakra will find its way to their throat and cause it to immediately swell up not allowing them to breathe. For the initial post and three posts afterward, the victim will also lose their sense of smell, sense of hearing, and sense of motion making them feel light headed and dizzy thus lowering their reaction time -1 tier. Also, if the victim does not regain the ability to breathe within two posts after contact, they will faint. If the victim does not regain the ability to breathe within two posts they will die due to being unable to breathe and having a buildup of carbon monoxide.

Revamping my jutsu list since its been a here. Includes the Kurohebi jutsu before clan revamp and therefore grandfathered in. However I did make edits to it along with other jutsu.

These serpents move at the lowest speed of the rank they're created at.

Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to--battle, intelligence gathering, diversions--this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons; however, the object can be no smaller than 1 foot long in at least one dimension. Despite this, this technique has an abundance of uses. The transformation of a master of this technique (which is generally an Academy graduation requirement) makes the user physically and visually the same as the transformed person or object in question, giving the user the exact mass and physical qualities of whatever they transformed into. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. This technique does not give a ninja the abilities or jutsu of a person they transform into, nor can give the user the damaging ability of a weapon (however, this can be used as a bluff). Sensory techniques can easily pick out someone transformed using this jutsu: the user's chakra would be active, as well as the fact that their biological functions and scent are not masked by this jutsu. Costs 5 chakra on activation, and an additional 5 chakra every other post after that.

Name: Doppelganger Technique (影分身の術 ~ Bunshin no Jutsu)

Range: Clones can go up to 15 meters away from the user before dispersing.
Specialty: Ninjutsu.
Duration: Clones last until dissipated or cancelled.
Cooldown: Five posts after all clones are dispersed.
Description: Using this technique, the user can create up to five intangible clones that appear physically identical to the user; these are created within 3 meters of the caster. The clones do not disturb the area around them, don't have shadows or body heat, and as such, in applicable situations, ninja can pick them out with varying difficulty. The clone has no physical form, and as such cannot attack. When any foreign presence passes through the clone, be it physical (a fist, a rock, a sword) or an opponent's jutsu, the clone will dissipate. It's mainly used to help mask the user, helping them attack an opponent who is superior at dodging. It costs 5 chakra to create clones.

Name: Substitution Technique (変わり身の術 ~ Kawarimi no Jutsu)

Cooldown: 6 posts after activation.
Description: The Substitution Technique is an age-old skill which enables the user to evade the effects of an attack by switching with an item in the area. (The item---or substantial clone---used for a Substitute must be as large as the user's torso, and must be prepared at least 1 post in advance by infusing it with 5 chakra.) Activating this jutsu for another 5 chakra, the ninja moves at untraceable speed for just a moment, and the item does so as well to take the user's place; the ninja leaves behind a flickering after-image for a second, which, if damaged, releases the chakra which holds it in place in a small smoke cloud, revealing the nature of the technique and the item they have switched with. Higher-rank ninjas' afterimages are able to show some of the signs of natural impact as if it were an actual human, if only for a very short period, before 'poofing'. The user coming out of the technique creates a similar audio and visual cue with a small cloud of translucent smoke and a 'poofing' sound on appearance in the location of the item they Substituted with. This technique causes the user to move at speeds untraceable to human perception, and therefore even the user cannot coordinate attacks during the Kawarimi, or activate any other jutsu. They, however, can maneuver near someone and then attack them after the fast-movement is finished.

Name: Genjutsu Dissipation (幻術解 ~ Genjutsu Kai)

Cooldown: 4 posts.
Description:A technique taught at the Ninja Academy requiring chakra control. By using Kai, a ninja disrupts their own flow of chakra, then starts it again. This allows a ninja to escape from illusions, provided he or she has figured out that a Genjutsu is active. Ninja can use this ability on their comrades to save them from genjutsu, and possibly other techniques that invade their chakra system. It is possible for this technique to fail, if the user misjudges the power of the genjutsu and does not put in enough chakra to stop their chakra flow.

This is an E-ranked technique, but has variable chakra costs.

  • Genin: 20 chakra for a D-ranked Genjutsu, 40 for C. Genin cannot dispel B-ranked Genjutsu.
  • Chuunin: 30 chakra for a C-ranked Genjutsu, 50 for B. Chuunin cannot dispel A-ranked Genjutsu.
  • Special Jounin: 40 chakra for a B-ranked Genjutsu, 60 for A. Toku-Jou cannot dispel S-ranked Genjutsu.
  • Jounin: 50 chakra for an A-ranked Genjutsu, 70 for S. Jounin cannot dispel SS-ranked Genjutsu.
  • Sannin/Kage: 60 chakra for an S-ranked Genjutsu, 90 for SS. Only Genjutsu that specifically say that they cannot be Dissipated (such as Tsukuyomi) are the exception.

~Kai can dispel multiple genjutsu at once, but only on the user or another person, not both. The highest-rank genjutsu costs the normal amount to Dissipate, then the second costs the normal amount -5, the third -10, and so on. So, if a genin was caught under a C-rank and two D-rank genjutsu, it would cost 40 chakra to dispel the C-rank jutsu, 15 to dispel the first D-rank, and 10 to dispel the second D-rank.

Name: Supernatural Walking Practice (Shūgyō'shikachō ~ 修業歩然超)

Description: Supernatural Walking Practice is a basic ninja technique. It involves using chakra flow to channel chakra to one's hands or feet, allowing him/her to walk on, or cling to, surfaces that normally do not allow it. This includes, but is not limited to, walls/ceilings, trees, and even water. Should the flow of chakra stop for any reason, the user will immediately fall off of the surface they are walking on, or plunge underwater.

Name: Generic Sealing Technique (Han'yō Fūin no Jutsu ~ 汎用封印の術)

Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice, either on the ground or in-hand.
The jutsu can be used to either store an item in something or to summon it from something, but it canít do both.
This jutsu can only seal the user's items, or items that were stolen from a target for more than 3 posts, or items stolen from a KO'd or killed character.
This jutsu has a variable chakra cost depending on the item summoned from the scroll/other item.


  • E-Rank: Zero Chakra.

Name: Item Reinforcing Technique (Hokyō'in no Jutsu ~ 補強品の術)

Description: The ninja uses their chakra to coat an item, weapon, or armor in their possession with a sheath of energy. This protects the chosen item from interactions with jutsu and allows it to withstand impact from a technique and not break, though it will still offer no protection from damage, other than what it normally would. The chakra cost for this jutsu is dependent on the rank of the item being reinforced.

Name: Puppet Technique (Kugutsu no Jutsu ~ 傀儡の術)

Description: This jutsu generates long, fibrous, malleable chakra strings from each of the user's fingers. They are partially intangible to prevent tangling; this jutsu cannot be used to bind people. The condensed chakra takes a hue of variable color depending on the user. Use of this technique on puppets is only available to those with the Kugutsu specialty. However, people without skill in Puppetry can still generate chakra strings to control weapons they have the specializations to wield, within 30m. This consists of whipping them around like a flail or yo-yo, or controlling their path of travel when thrown. Unless durability is enhanced by a separate technique, these chakra strings can be broken by any D rank technique that causes blunt force, cutting, or piercing damage.

This technique cannot control living people; it can only control corpses, or Human Puppets currently in the user's locker.

3 Types of Strings:
The following applies not to the rank of the jutsu, but rather the rank and the skill level of the user.

Multiple control:
The chakra strings at this rank are more tailored to controlling the base functions of many puppets as opposed to putting an astounding amount of effort into the control of few. Using this technique depending on the user's rank they are able to control up to 10 puppets, though the trade off is each of them operate at the user's speed and reaction time, -1 rank. (Stat increases from items and jutsu do not count towards this. However, those from clans do.)

E rank = 2 puppets
D rank = 3
C rank = 4
B rank = 6
A rank = 8
S rank = 9
SS rank = 10



Balanced Control:
Using more focused control on the puppets the user wields they are able to focus more into their puppets movement, and therefore they no longer receive the negative influence to their speed that the mass control strings had. However, the puppets still receive -1 to reaction time and less puppets are able to operate at this capacity per rank.

B-A rank 4
S-SS rank = 5



Focused control:
The user, with these strings, is able to literally control their puppets with such mastery as if they were basically human themselves. The concentration at this level requires they dedicate themselves into only one or two puppets, but they operate without any negatives what so ever, and move at the user's speed and reaction times.

D-RANK

Description: This jutsu acts as a numbing agent. The user coats his/her hands in chakra and then places them on a victim. The target area is numbed across a three-inch diameter centered around the user's palms. The numbness will only continue as deep as 3/4 of an inch into the flesh; wounds or surgical procedures that are any deeper into the numbed area will still receive the subsequent pain. Since the target area of the palms limits the jutsu, any further numbing will require multiple posts (still following a maximum 3 inches of numbed tissue per post). This may only be used for up to 3 posts.

Description: By making a string of hand seals (Dragon → Rat → Horse → Tiger), the user extends their chakra to nearby objects; they can be flat, such as tiles for shuriken, or longer items can be used as kunai. These are then compressed, sharpened, and levitated all at the same time; then, they are launched at the target. While the user cannot control them beyond this point, the utility of this technique being able to weaponize the surroundings is a very handy tool. The objects used can pierce up to 3/4 inch into the target; up to 10 objects can be turned into weapons.

Doujutsu such as the sharingan are incapable of seeing through it, since the mist is kneaded with the user's chakra. The byakugan, however, can bypass this mist at any rank. Anyone with the Perception stat C rank will be able to see blurry movement within five meters of themselves - anyone with Perception stat B rank or higher will be generally be able to see movement around them within the mist, with only minor details obscured. The user is also incapable of seeing through the mist unless they themselves have an ability / technique that would enable them to do so.

Each post this move is maintained, it will heal cuts up to 1.5 inches, bruising, and first and second degree burns. This cannot cannot repair arterial or nerve damage. Description: †The user creates a sebon out of chakra that can cause immediate swelling on the throat. It will pierce 1/4in then invade the victim's throat with the chakra For the initial post when struck, the victim will feel a tickle along their throat. On the second post, the victim will feel their throat become sore. On the third post, the victim's throat will burn and they will feel (not be dealt) minor 2nd-degree burns in the afflicted area. On the fourth post, the throat begins to swell. On the fifth post, the throat will become too swollen and close up the air passages, not allowing the victim to breathe. If the victim doesn't regain the ability to breathe in two posts then they will pass out due to a lack of oxygen.

Description: The user charges their fingertips with medical chakra and aims towards the major arteries in the opponent. Once their fingertips make contact, it will overload the major artery and cause it to rupture without cutting the skin. If the major artery is ruptured, depending on the area of contact, the time it will take for them to bleed out. Head will take 2 posts, the chest will take 3, the abdomen will take 4, the pelvis will take 5, arm or leg will take 6 posts. Alternatively, the user can create a purple sebon with a black aura of chakra to cause the same damage and will be thrown 25mp/s. The sebon is made of fuuton chakra that makes it harder to see and therefore undetectable by sight except for those with with A-0 perception and above. Only one sebon can be created per post.

Description: The user creates 3 chakra sebon out of medical and fuuton chakra that makes it harder to see and therefore undetectable by sight except for those with A-0 perception and above. When thrown, the sebon travel at 25mp/s. Once at least one sebon makes contact with the target, it will begin to take effect. If the sebon makes contact with the victim, the corrosive medical chakra will find its way to their throat and cause it to immediately swell up not allowing them to breathe. For the initial post and three posts afterward, the victim will also lose their sense of smell, sense of hearing, and sense of motion making them feel light headed and dizzy thus lowering their reaction time -1 tier. Also, if the victim does not regain the ability to breathe within two posts after contact, they will faint. If the victim does not regain the ability to breathe within two posts they will die due to being unable to breathe and having a buildup of carbon monoxide.

A: Block 1 S-rank attack or 2 A-rank attacks or 3 B-rank however D-C rank deals no damage.

S: Block 1 SS-rank attack or 2 S-rank attacks or 3 A-rank however D-B rank deals no damage

Library Techniques are Approved.

Serpent's Poison:
- Removing the KKG ability should be A Rank minimum.

Serpents Parade:
- Speed is too high for each rank, exceeding the limitations without being balanced adequately. B-Rank is at 40m/s, A-Rank is at 45. List each speed individually and balance them accordingly.
- List the degree of severity on the C-Rank's first degree tissue damage. Minor/Moderate/Major.
- What does "Can break through the armour of lower ranks" mean?

Snake's requiem:
- This technique does 3 things with no drawback. It can increase the range of their aura, it can lower the cooldown, and it can increase debuffs. It needs to be either balanced further by toning these effects down, providing a drawback, or removing the additional effects.

I don't know what other custom jutsu need modded. Separate them from the library techniques please.
