Maikumaru

Maikumaru

A-rank
Maikumaru grabbed a hold of his wrist. He tightened it, while moving his neck around. It was time to train. The Trip to the Konohagakure to witness the Chunin Exams, coupled with the fact that he had been busy watching the Iwagakure Ninja from left to right the entire time. It was time to do some training of his very own, and there was no better place to do that than in the sparring grounds. As expected it was littered with Genin, all of which preparing for the Exams. But there were other ninja of stronger ranks, training the Genin, or just sparring with each other for fun. Or preparing for an exhibition match.

“Hey.”

After doing a few pushups, Maikumaru turned around to see a young Kirigakure shinobi looking up at him. He wasn’t that much younger than Maikumaru. He had blue hair that draped over his right eye, his head held up high, making direct eye contact with Maikumaru. He was obviously one that was full of pride. The Self Proclaimed Champion of Iwagakure respected that.
“Judging by your stature, I can tell you are one who enjoys the art of Taijutsu.”
“Yeah...that is correct.”
“And so I was hoping we could spar a little bit.”
He looked passed him to notice that there were more Kirigakure Ninja, looking in their direction, whispering to one another. Maikumaru drew the inference that the boy was bragging and saw Maikumaru as a challenge.
“I am a user of Muay Tai. A very deadly style. Tell me, Mr. Big and Bulky...what is your way of fighting.”
“Spar me and find out.” He was slightly taken aback by his response. “Hm. Alright then…” He backed away and went into a stance Maikumaru didn’t recognize. Maikumaru simply raised his fists. The Ninja began to swirl around, gaining momentum for a kick to the side. Maikumru twitched at the hit. But as it happened he had already yielded his right fist back, to give a powerful hook. Maikumaru grabbed him by the shoulder to deliver two more hooks. After letting go, he fell to the ground. Maikumaru looked at him for a few seconds, before continuing his training by doing sit ups.

Makoto was feeling sleepy as he entered the training grounds with his blanket on his shoulder and wearing a plain shorts and a loose t-shirt as he yawned slightly. He opened his eyes for a moment recognizing a familiar face as he gravitated towards this man as his mind began to wonder. As he looked on at the brave man doing sit ups he yawned and just took his seat as he sat on Maikumaru's back and then spoke up.

"Hi Maiku-senpai, you training again?", seeming to have no fear for the strong built man as the kirigakure shinobi from earlier was glaring as he was trying to get up only to have something plop on his head and then jump into Makoto's arms adding even more weight to Maikumaru's training as he yawned a bit. The guy was really getting upset as Makoto tilted his head slightly letting his bangs fall to the side hanging over his face as he yawned once more.

"Do you need me to get off, or can senpai beat him like this?" as he had faith in Maikumaru's abilities as he would wonder why Maikumaru-senpai was even training here. Was he going to proctor the exams or was he here to fight strong shinobi from konoha, it was unclear as he was just really tired as Ashe took a nap.

Tomohiro

Tomohiro

B-rank
Tomohiro stood among the other shinobi that were in the area. The place was reserved for Konoha shinobi and guest shinobi a like. Like a lot of others that were here, he wanted to spar and train. It wasn’t often that he got the chance to train with shinobi from other nations. Tomohiro studied other’s actions as it seemed like there were a number of various individuals sparring or training with each other. Some of the swordsman truly had an unorthodox way of fighting. The tactics they used were a bit rough for his liking. It seemed like they fought like bandits, but refined in a way that it actually was effective. That was definitely something he didn’t see everyday. Each bit of their fight was intriguing to say the least. Though, it wouldn’t be too long before his concentration was broken by something else that caught his eye.

There were a few Kirigakure shinobi that were seeming to pick a fight with a very large and muscular man that seemed to be minding his own business. This was just from his perspective as he stood off quite a distance from where it was happening. The large man seemed to agree to a spar. From the looks of it, the two men were taijutsu users. Tomohiro began to walk closer to see what he could, but it seemed like it was slightly in vain. The spar barely lasted a few seconds. Something snapped into Tomohiro’s mind. He wanted to fight him. The large man seemed like he wasn’t all talk. The man even proceeded to continue his training. He figured that this was what you would called “badass.”

Tomohiro decided that he would walk up to the man and ask him to spar. Though, Tomohiro knew that he would be no match for the man alone. He thought about how he would approach him. A few scenarios played through his head as he decided to man up and ask. There was a young lad that approached the man before him. Tomohiro raised an eyebrow as the kid attempted to sit on the man while he was doing sit ups. He waited a moment before he would approach. The words he needed were right on the tip of his tongue. He just needed to let out. There was need to be anxious. It was just that the man seemed to be out of his league when it came to close range combat. Even with using a sword, he wouldn’t be quite sure how he would stand up to him.

“Um, excuse me, sir. I would like to spar with you. I may not be much of a challenge, but I was just curious. Maybe I can find someone else to fight alongside me. You seem like you’re more than capable of handling yourself. By the way, I’m Nakir Tomohiro of Kumogakure.”

A-rank
While doing his Pushups, Maikumaru was approached by the familiar face of Makoto. “Hello Makoto.” Maik continued to do push ups, until he felt Makoto climb on his back. Of course the added weight was too little for him to gain much strength from. Regardless, it was a gesture he didn’t appreciate much, giving the time and place. “Makoto you should be training. Staying nice and strong for Iwagakure.” Maikumaru looked over to see that someone was approaching him. No doubt another challenger. He got up, easily getting Makoto off his person.

Maikumaru didn’t waste a single second. He immediately decked the boy in the face. The damage he would do to him would be cause some soreness, but the knockback would be a meter. But Maikumaru was in the mood to more than to just fight this lad alone. He spun around and kicked Makoto in the side, with the same intent of injury as his hit to Tomohiro. “Come one then! Show me what you got! BOTH OF YOU!!” Maikumaru grabbed Tomohiro and threw him at Makoto. Maikumaru needed them both within in line of site. The larger Tomohiro was no problem for Maikumaru to throw, but it would be something Makoto’s Smaller Stature would have to handle. Maikumary charged them both with seemingly reckless abandon. Which is something he would normally do, but this time was to a slightly less extent. He was going to swing heavy hooks at both Makoto and Tomohiro, enough to bruise them both. However, if Tomohiro were to brandish his sword, Maikumaru would have to give him extra attention. Instead of swinging at him wildly, he would separate him from Makoto, by kick Makoto away once more, and grabbing at his wrist, twisting it in order to disarm him.

Makoto gave a slight pouted face when he was told he needed to do training, since it seems that Maikumaru did not know about the hospital visit telling him to actually get some rest. Then again Maikumaru was a bit crazy strong, something that seemed to run in the veins of all these crazy taijutsu users. Maikumaru did not take long to just put Makoto one side as he felt a bit rejected since he was trying to help out, this new boy or was it a guy, or maybe it was a girl with a flat chest and short hair. Makoto had been reading a book talking about traps that did not make sense to him which mentioned boys that look like girls or girls that look like boys.

Before Makoto could think anymore on that, Maikumaru punched the Tomo on the nose, like it was nothing but a greeting among brutish taijutsu users. However the shock he felt a second later was mainly the impact, as there was a slight fabric sound as further fabric sounds as he fell to the ground holding his side a bit. Even though Maikumaru was holding back, if he did not have his armor on he might have been sent to the hospital again. Maikumaru did not seem to know how to control his awesome power too much.

Maikumaru asked him to team up with Tomo and destroy him. Either Maikumaru was going mad or he wanted them to do their best. Makoto thought he saw something fly towards him and just ducked low on all fours as he did not even wait to see what happens next as Maikumaru appeared like a really fast hedgehog, in order to survive he pointed his fist at Maikumaru releasing a bright flash of light to blind his eyes as Makoto did not understand what was really going on and he was not yet ready to go all out right now as he would back away and before he could decide what to do his mind seemed confused as to why Maikumaru was attacking them

Everything seemed to be going well at first. That was until the man hit him square in the face. Tomohiro got knocked back. He quickly tried to shake it off as adrenaline flowed through him. Tomohiro started to smile as he slightly pushed his blade up with his thumb. The man then kicked the boy back before lifting himself off the ground and throwing him into the young boy. Tomo didn’t have much time to react as the the pain in his face started to affect him. He quickly rolled off the boy backwards moving to his feet. This may have been a bit more than what he bargained for.

The man was fast for his size. It was admirable. He easily out classed him in speed and agility. Tomohiro wasn’t sure if the younger boy would be up for it. That wasn’t the first time he was thrown, but it was the first time he was ever thrown like that. Tomo hadn’t fought too many warriors that outclassed him. It was mostly his brother, but he was stronger than this guy. Though unlike his brother, this guy didn’t seem to hold back. Tomohiro knew that he needed to adjust himself, but that seemed like it wasn’t going to be that easy. He didn’t have any plans again. Tomohiro leapt backwards a couple of meters as he formed a quick succession of hand seals as the brawler came after him. He released cloud of smoke into the area as he moved to his right. It was the best he could think of at the time. No doubt they could both see through it, but he wasn’t sure on how the little guy would handle it. It was in hope that it could buy the little guy time.

Tomohiro quickly drew a kunai from his pouch as he swung it in one solid motion and attempted to lower it back as he attempted to jump to the right again. His purpose was to attack and give space for the little guy to strike from behind. Even though, he wasn’t sure how much help the guy would have been within the cloud of smoke. He had some faith in him. A wave of katon chakra moved toward his opponent. The wave was able to inflict inch cut and minor second degree burns. Tomohiro’s eyes changed from violet to red as he activated his Netsugan. It would be the least he could do against the hulking man. There wasn’t any fear within him. The feeling he had while he was fighting was pure bliss. His face even showed. This was going to be interesting. The fight had been the highest paced fight he had in what seemed like forever. Whatever this man was, Tomohiro wished that he knew what this guy’s training routine was. The Nakir had little chance of getting that big, but whatever made him stronger would have to do.

If he survived the fight, he would have a host of questions that wanted answered. Close combat he enjoyed, but this was way closer than he liked. He wouldn’t be sure how long he could outmaneuver the man. There was already one hit that he didn’t care for too much for landing. The man seemed like he was hyped on adrenaline himself. What was he to do in this situation. It was like he was between a rock and a hard place. Tomohiro definitely knew that he would need to train more. At that moment, this was the best he was going get. A bright light came from the direction of the little one. It hurt his eyes a bit, but he wasn’t directly looking at.

Maikumaru kept approaching them. Makoto was quick enough for him to dodge Tomohiro flying at him. It wouldn’t matter much. The purpose of him doing so was accomplished, having them both remain in his line of sight, keeping an eye on them. Makoto had used what Maikumaru assumed was some sort of Jutsu in an attempt to blind him. However, Maikumaru was more than able to power through it, with only small dots in his line of vision only slightly obscuring his vision. He quicky rubbed them away and showed a face of disapproval. “You are going to have to do better than that, Makoto.” Maikumaru looked off to find that Tomohiro was preparing for an attack.

This reminded him of when he was a Bounty Hunter’s Apprentice, and Takahare had taken him to train with his own master. He was a man of absolute fury, a real dragon. Both him and Takehare pushed Maikumaru to the absolute limit. And he was more than happy to do so with his two current opponents. When Tomohiro launched a jutsu at him, Maikumaru crossed his arms. A wave of blazing flame came flying at the Champion of Iwagakure. Yet again, Maikumaru smiled. He forced chakra through the surface of his body. As soon as the wave came into contact with him, Makumaru pushed it off into the distance. “Tell me, boy. Is this the best Kumogakure has to offer!?” The Larger shinobi came charging in at him, yielding his fist back before launching it in a powerful motion. Maikumaru had decided to restrain himself a little bit less. They were in need of a real challenge. Unleashing more of his power, Maikumaru would injure the boy and cause heavy bruising if the attack landed. Before the force could move him too far back, Maikumaru would grab him by the shirt and pull him close, driving his fist into his gut. Still latching onto his shirt, Maikumaru turned in Makoto’s direction. He Tomohiro up, his midsection on Maikumaru’s shoulder, his head in front of him. He ran fast towards Makoton, before jumping into the air, and slamming his body down on the little one. He started to take a few steps back, to give them room to retaliate.

Makoto was too confused and too curious to run away as he decided to perform the basic hidden mist technique to hide himself, it covered a fifteen meter radius and soon even Tomo might have trouble seeing anything as he did not really care about that. Maikumaru was too strong to be fooled by the hidden mist itself and while it seemed that Maikumaru had time to talk trash saying he would have to do better then that, which meant that Maikumaru was in one of those taijutsu blood lust modes that all these crazy taijutsu users seemed to have, they just wanted to fight all the time.

As he did not pay much attention to the brutal blows those two would throw, he prepared himself by staying in the location and performing the dog seal releasing another mist inside of the mist which would allow him to perform even more misty techniques as he created his armor of mist as it formed around him, Maikumaru could probably still tell where he was and in that time he would start performing hand seals feeling confident that his jutsu should be able to hold off a Maikumaru who was not being serious. While others would use several jutsu to get passed his defenses, he knew Maikumaru could probably blow it off with one and then sneeze him to death after.

In preparation he would then perform the dog hand seal and use mist concealment that would prevent him from being seen as long as he was in the mist, did not attack and behaved in general. If Maikumaru was able to attack him there would be a massive explosion of Maikumaru's force, some water splashing into the air and Makoto would remain very very still with his shield in front of his face just in case as his armor of mist could block all physical attacks of B-rank and lower and required at least B-rank level jutsu to be broken in one shot, not counting his mist concealment which would make it seem like he completely vanished within the mist.

Tomohiro’s plan definitely didn’t work out the way he had planned it too. This guy was tough. Getting through this guy’s defenses was something else. The man definitely had a tough constitution. Though, he didn’t want to use any higher level techniques with other shinobi in the area. Tomohiro figured that he would need to do something if he wanted to beat the man before him. The least he could do was use something ranged. The first technique didn’t do any good, but it wouldn’t hurt to try something else. Though, it seems like his “partner” used the Hidden Mist. Tomohiro was too busy worrying about the man in front of him to care. It wasn’t like he couldn’t see through the mist with his Netsugan. Though, he wondered what caused the little guy to cast that now. If he wasn’t stronger, he wouldn’t have been able to see through it without his Netsugan.

“Let’s find out, strong man,” he stated in retaliation as he started forming one handed seals.

The young Nakir side stepped a grab from his opponent before jumping back another couple of meters. As a mighty fireball emerged from his lips, some of the shinobi in the area started to clear out not sure of it the fireball was going to get deflected like his last attack. The ones that could see through the mist anyway. Tomohiro figured it was time for desperate measures. He had some guilt about using the technique around a lot of people, but he figured that his opponent may have been able to block that too. The Nakir grunted slightly as he would jumped back again trying to create a greater distance between him and the large man before him. It also tried to separate him a ways from Makoto.

“Any time you want to join in, Makoto? Would be nice. I can still see you! Hit him hard!” he called out as he glanced at the boy with his Netsugan. His heat signature a bright red in his eyes.

Tomohiro wanted his “partner” to put in a little more effort. He started to lose faith in the boy. His partner’s effects would have hurt him and his partner if they weren’t more than the capable shinobi that they were. Tomohiro was slightly outmatched as he held himself together with his active Netsugan. It was the only way he would be able to deal with his opponent. Tomohiro still felt the pleasure in the excitement of battle. This was getting good.

What was it about the sound of commotion that just seemed to draw in Yuuto? He was trying his hardest to get a good look around the village to learn his way so he wouldn't keep getting lost on his way to missions, and now he was stopping in that journey to look upon a small little spar between one man and a few others, a handicap match. His favorite kind to watch. Despite the Konoha protector he wore around his neck, the man was obviously from Kirigakure. His robes bore the colors of the village, and it was hard not to see the large sharklike fangs as he found himself grinning at the display. Taller than average, almost piercing six feet, the purple haired man moved to watch the battle from the sidelines for now. Actively chewing on a Cat Tail plant as eyes followed everyone's motions to the best of their ability.

Enticed by it all he let out a loud whistle, "Come on boys! Its just one of him! Surely one of you can draw some blood!" Laughing boastfully as he found a good place to lean for now. Finding his way around the village could take a back seat for now, this was much more enjoyable of a sight to behold. His trigger finger, so to speak, was itching to join in but he hadn't a clue what the situation was or who any of them even were. One thing he did know though: Konoha seemed to be really interesting during the Chuunin exams, and he was growing more and more eager to work up to his own chance to advance to see what fun would follow him~

Ting

Ting

D-rank
Wherever the wind seemed to blow, Ting would happen to follow during this physically taxing tournament known to all as the Chunin Exams. When she was not sleeping or recovering from her scuffs and aching muscles, life itself seemed aimless. The spaces between fights were just too brisk to actually relax and yet too long to waste. And so, still somewhat exhausted from chakra exertion, the blue haired teen would walk nonchalantly through the decorated festive grounds of her beautiful home village - The Hidden Leaf. There seemed to be a gathering nearby, and quite a bit of commotion to boot. The familiar aura of combat seemed to permeate through the air as she could hear the shouting and taunting that came along with a typical street brawl.

While she felt that she had missed a great deal of the encounter up to the present point, she crossed over into the crowd of shinobi nearby just in time to see a largr cloud of mist envelop the scene used by one of four people who seemed to be getting involved in the antics. Among them were quite a selection of characters. She was able to make them out at least partly before her vision was obscured by a dense mist. Firstly, a rather tall looking muscular man. His silver hair and darker skin were not common features, or at least not features Ting noticed in Konoha all too often. He seemed far larger than his opposition, causing Ting to question the strange circumstances that must have transpired in order for him to have chosen to target the two others. Next, a very young looking boy with brown hair. He seemed to have been the source of the mist technique, and possibly the most questionable of the three - a mere child in appearance. And then a thin, dark-haired gentlemen who still seemed to be somewhat younger than the burly one he targeted. The discrepancy in ability seemed only accentuated by the effortlessness with which the large one knocked away attacks before the scene was obscured.

The fourth to show was a man with a weed hanging from his mouth, purple hair and robes of the hidden mist adorning his form. He was above average in height and seemed eager to egg on the conflict st hand shouting into the fray as he watched from the sidelines, much like Ting was opting to do. The young woman had been involved in violence day after day throughout this week which felt like it would stretch forth into eternity, and so at this moment she had no plans to engage in any foolhardy displays of power. She would however find a place to rest her body, sitting along a fence post as she watched for anything she could make out through the dense mist. How inconvenient for the viewers. Today, Ting had sent off her battle attire to be washed for the both of the next day, and so she was dressed in dark jeans with rips in the knee, a white tee and a black blazer. This was a more comfortable outfit for the young woman, something more suitable for a day on the town. Her black flats would cross over one another as she dangled her legs over the fence she was viewing the scene from.

Masu

Masu

D-rank
Masu watched upon the fight before she finally decided to join into the battle, she couldn't see lots of things front within the fight but took notice to the fact that the man they would be facing wouldn't be the easiest person to face not at all. But maybe the numbers game would help tremendously against the stronger ninja. The atmosphere seemed to generate enough noise for the crowd to start chanting names and peoples clans as well. The other ninja who had seemed to be people he hadn't know except for one, Yuuto Masu's friend from a little patrol those two have done together, she knew of his ability and what he can bring to the table but what about the other three that she needs to get to know quickly.

A girl on the side seeming to be a lot shorter than Masu, was standing a lot closer to the side. Her hair coloured in Paster Blue but Masu couldn't spot the eyes from her distance for now. She seemed to be taking it light and easy, probably because she couldn't entirely see inside of the hidden mist technique activated by someone else. A much younger looking boy, he seemed familiar like she had met him not to long ago but she couldn't pinpoint it so she left it be for now. Masu last saw him a little bit ago but she was a little far out from the jutsu activated so she didn't entirely capture his looks but, he was also a little small and a lot younger than Masu herself. All she could remember about the boy was his dark hair and brown eyes, not much else could really be said for him from her perspective. Masu knew the two other people from within the mist were also of higher rank than herself, one of them was a paler boy with brown her and just the slightest bit taller than her but she also didn't get enough view of him to really take focus into his features. Next her opponent the one she did actually get a proper glance upon him. The man stood at a lot taller height than anyone except for Yuu who also stood at around the same height. But the man was a darker skin tone than everyone else as well, with silver hair and a lot more built body than everyone else. She knew something about this guy was special and that he possessed great power that she was very much anticipated to watch and fight against.

Yuu seemed to yell on as he would be very much eager to run in and just start throwing punches without any calculated strikes at all, while the other girl who sat outside just waited on as she couldn't entirely see by the looks of it. But who could blame her, the view didn't seem great from the arena close up, so who knew how it felt for those watching in the stands. Masu didn't have much to do right now except hold on to her sword just in case something was to occur or be sent her way that she couldn't predict or see. But for now she held her ground a little further back watching upon the mist for now, and hoping an opening appear for her to jump in and provide some accurate shots.

It was a royal rumble to be sure. Well, more like an enormous handicap match against a Jounin. Xiao, ever the present shinobi knew that the world of the ninja was one that seemed to be in constant fluctuation when it came to time. Two years for one may be three for another, five years may be a week for another still and yet for Xiao time really seemed to be whatever seemed to fit that day. As he perched upon a nearby rooftop and peering down at the huddle of shinobi he spied a few he knew quite well as well as those he hadn't a clue but had seen in the general admissions area at times. Xiao sat cross legged as he looked down to the huddle of shinobi, namely that of Makoto, and with a smile hidden behind his mask began to ponder what to do. Would he leap into combat and attempt to attack? Would he jump and join in the festivities with sickle in hand waving it wildly? Perhaps leap in with a quip to make all involved feel at ease? Instead he opted to do something...a little more his style.

Gently laying his guqin along his lap and gently playing the notes that came to his mind and drumming on the wooden underside as he watched the battle unfold the little shinobi gave his all as his fingers began to strum faster and faster still as he began to breathe deeply watching before finally as he played faster and faster still allowing the music to fill the arena, strumming loud and hard to enable the fight to have a little theatrics. Roaring outloud as he watched it unfold "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN FOR YOU'RE ENTERTAINMENT IT'S NONE OTHER THAN THE ELECTRIFYING, THE ROCK TITAN, THE MAN WITH THE IRON FISTS HIMSELF GOING AGAINST WHAT SEEMS TO BE COUNTLESS ODDS" Xiao stated still playing as he began to clear his throat "PLACE YOUR BETS, KISS YOUR WIVES GOODBYE BECAUSE BABY THEY'LL BE GOING HOME WITH THE MOST THUNDEROUS SHINOBI THIS SIDE OF IWAGAKURE, MY MAN, THE ONE AND ONLY, MAIKERU" Xiao stated as he continued his strumming of his guqin to accompany the battle.

Maikumaru

Maikumaru

A-rank
Tomohiro was able to side step Maikumaru’s grab. He was fast. But Maikumaru was just a tad bit faster. When the Kumo Ninja jumped bacck, Maikumaru was able to react quickly. He lunged at Tomohiro, and grabbed his neck before he could keep the distance away from the Self Proclaimed Champion of Iwagakure. Maikumaru grabbed the boy by the threat with his left hand, and yielded back his right hand. His fist came into his stomach like a mace.

Maikumaru was pleased to see Makoto was able to react quickly to Maikumaru’s assault. . A ninja of the stone should never hesitate. The little Iwa Genin used Suiton Jutsu for his signature jutsu, the Hidden Mist. Maikumaru never liked the technique. It had too many ties to Kirigakure. However, Makoto was adept with using it for his age. But at the level he was, Maikumaru was able to see through the thin fog. “You’re getting smarter, Makoto. But you are still not strong enough.” The Champion of Iwagakure would reward Makoto’s decisive thinking by engaging him in combat. He ran inside the mist, and started to feel the Raiton in his body become erratic, and charged. He discharged the lightning from his body, forcing it forward. Maikumaru was counting on Makoto being able to get out of the way before performing another attack. He would now focus on his next opponent, a newcomer.

“Your enthusiasm to fight shows me that one day you will be a very powerful shinobi.” Maikumaru started to weave hand seals. By doing so he created four mud wolves. He commanded them all to attack the new comer. It will keep him busy while Maikumaru focused more on the other two. However, even the Newcomer’s power was unknown to him. He just might surprise Maikumaru.

The Champion of Iwagakure had started to go on a rampage. He was geared to attack any lower leveled Genin. He saw another shinobi that was coming at him the same way Maikumaru came at his enemies. Relentless, risking life and limb, just to go wild. Maikumaru remembered a tactic that was done on him. One that failed, but one that would work for him. He reached in his pouch to reveal a Kunai. He stopped the young man in his tracks by throwing it at his feet, between his legs. He stopped and looked down at it. Maikumaru raised his finger at him, and Raiton started to charge at the tip of his finger. Three shots of lightning came from his hand, to cause minor first degree tissue damage. He looked pass that man to see a young girl brandishing a sword. Maikumaru ran towards the, and stock his arm out to give him a lariat. But that was only part of Maikumaru’s plan. He started to run straight towards the the girl with the sword. Hand seals begun to be woven, and lightning outreached from his fingertips. While running towards the girl, he threw shards of lightning at her as an attack, it wouldn’t do much damage to her, and Maikumaru used it because it was the first jutsu that came to mind. The Champion of Iwagakure was in his element. But then he looked around to see how many people he had attacked. And then he realized that he was outnumbered. Horribly outnumbered. He knew that the numbers would catch up to him eventually. But then he started to hear music play, and found Xiao, a shinobi he had fought before, playing music. “You again?”

For as long as Makoto could remember there was jutsu, there was chakra and then there was this.
Makoto did not understand the feeling he felt deep down inside as he grabbed hold of his ten shuriken and performed the item reinforcement technique to protect the shuriken from any jutsu that may disrupt them, followed be the tiger hand seals. The shuriken were hidden in flames as they all converged towards Maikumaru the would strike for his legs, three or four going low, three or four going towards his torso with one seeming to arc towards the arm. With the final two shuriken delayed as they would aim to hit the two weakest points on Maikumaru's body, leaving their mark in a way that would say that Makoto will never, ever be forgotten as his form that just appeared would once more fade into the mist as it was a simple attack, but maybe the simplest attack was best in a large group of people.

His opponent moved toward him as he wasn’t able to complete his technique as he was grabbed by the neck. Tomohiro would have expected as much. His opponent punch collided with his gut as he winced a bit from the pain. Though, it seemed like he was ignored as he was able to gather himself together or so he thought. He jumped back out of the way of Makoto’s katon technique as he decided that it would be best that he follow up with his own. After Makoto’s technique passed him, he formed hand seals of his own and released his great fireball jutsu. The massive fireball moving toward his initial target after releasing it after slightly studying his opponent’s movement.

The punch to his gut definitely left a painful impression, but he had worse before. The shot to his gut did help remind him that he was definitely alive. It wasn’t anything to scoff about or so he tried to play it off in his head to be that way. Tomohiro couldn’t stand gut shots. It was a reminder to him that he needed to strengthen his core. He knew that when he got back to Kumo that he had more training to do. This was just punishment for neglecting having done intense physical training. The chuunin tended to practice mostly with weapons to the point where his physical body tended to be second thought. This was something that needed change and he would purposely find a way to fix it.

Masu

Masu

D-rank
Masu continued to look on as she waited for the bare minimum to kick her off into caring. She was already a little tired from the previous night's work of collecting monkeys for the Sarutobi household, now she found herself in a small arena with those yelling remarks and a lack of vision from the mist. Suddenly a much younger boy became present before yelling his theatrics at Maikumaru and the audience. To be honest the young girl listened and was a little intrigued maybe even planning a match against this boy at some point. "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN FOR YOU'RE ENTERTAINMENT IT'S NONE OTHER THAN THE ELECTRIFYING, THE ROCK TITAN, THE MAN WITH THE IRON FISTS HIMSELF GOING AGAINST WHAT SEEMS TO BE COUNTLESS ODDS" The boy cleared his throat as Masu simply leaned against the wall as she waited in anticipation for something exciting, but all of his talks would be simple hype for the crowd, could the boy even face them at the same level of strength? He opened his mouth once again "PLACE YOUR BETS, KISS YOUR WIVES GOODBYE BECAUSE BABY THEY'LL BE GOING HOME WITH THE MOST THUNDEROUS SHINOBI THIS SIDE OF IWAGAKURE, MY MAN, THE ONE AND ONLY, MAIKERU" Masu simply looked at him before speaking to herself, questioning his methods, "Well the boy has a mouth I must say."

The brunette girl listened to the small little bolts of air and sound that echoed throughout the arena but lacked proper vision nesscarcy for battling. But her small little thoughts preoccupied her waiting for the precise moment of a slip-up, or something that could occur an opening in the battle. Listening on her to the misty fog she heard the sounds of Maik speak to Makoto before she would finally remember what his name was and prompting her trigger of him once again. She liked the boy but he wasn't her first choice when it came to people.

A few seconds later the sounds of wolves began to howl from the mist, she knew obviously something was happening and it wouldn't be the smartest choice to enter. But a spark lit up in her eye as she felt like she could see through the mist for a single moment, as she heard the small electricity bullets be sent towards Makoto until suddenly his eyes deemed back to Masu herself, as he seemed to ready a lightning lariat running towards the boy until suddenly switching back onto Masu.

"Welp, time to start caring. You chose the wrong target for that. Masu spoke to herself as she cracked her neck watching the oncoming arm make its way to her until suddenly he sent a few lightning shards her way, she was comfortable with this and was ready. She dodges to the side of the lightning shards until he was in making his way closer to her, she took a stance and used her hands to cast a dog into a horse sign as suddenly a black cloud of smoke appeared from her mouth as she spits it right in front of her. Masu's clouds of smoke generate electricity as Maik quickly continues his lariat she fires multiple lightning attacks at him straight on hoping to pierce his chest with 2nd Degree burns. In an attempt to pummel his skin even further she gathered chakra through her fingertips and emulated his lightning bullets with her own, sending the first towards his arm which he performed the lariat while the other ten bullets were sent straight towards his body. She smirked as he would edge closer and closer towards her as she wouldn't hesitate for a mere moment.

Her stance readied as she placed her left foot in front of the right in the clouded smoke, nothing could fully be seen or understand. She was able to withstand the electrical current by her own means as it's her own chakra which has been conducted for the purpose of it. She remembered that if she was able to wrap him or put him into a water prison jutsu it would render him useless as long as he didn't use a raiton jutsu to combat it. As she raised her sword towards her target her vision was obscured, she didn't know how far he was until he entered the deathly storm. But never the less she kept on guard upon his imminent arrival, she watched the smoke for small little changes in movement and direction for a sense of small little fluctuations that may occur. A mass amount of heat could be felt from the outside of the clouds, "Is that the others doing their job? Or just another jutsu that he used to keep them under control."

Her reactions and thoughts went slowly as if time wasn't even passing, she had so much time to think about her next action. She would try to entice him into a fight one on one, but not trying to outlast simply waiting to either puncture a limb to make it lacking in mobility so she would be able to land her water prison and threaten him to surrender from there. Or she could take the approach of flooding him with more than enough jutsu that he can't dodge it all, and if her teammates contributed to that it would help her as he can't block or dodge everything. She knew that he was capable of raiton attacks and had a Taijutsu as well, she wasn't going to be able to outlast him so she ruled that out but maybe she'd be able to confuse him in the mass of confusion and Jutsu's and finally get the drop on him.

Masu's hands began to get a little clammy she was good enough to take on most Genin and even some Chunnin, but someone that was clearly a lot better than her in every aspect her thoughts began to compile into a sense of anxiety of failure similar to her own Chunnin Exam fight. Her thoughts became too abstract as she began to fluster and lose track of what she was meant to do starting to get angry as nothing moved in time and it felt way to slow, for now, was it a genjutsu or her adrenaline running. As small little particles could be seen from the lightning surrounding her, she could see the sparks fly in front of her as the feeling of the cloud was very heavy but light at the same time. Something about it was so odd she knew what it was but didn't at the same time the black clouds felt ominous as if something dark was impending but maybe it was all superstition in her own mind. She didn't know what her other teams were doing or where they were doing, the other girl simply watching from afar and the overly loud kid obviously was just up for talking over fighting so far, she didn't expect much from him maybe a few jutsu's but nothing that could harm Maik. She assumed that either Makoto or the other guy may have been the cause for the heat that had been scorching before, but hopefully they rallied together to face him as a team. She doubted that any of them could properly defeat him one on one but have a much better chance as a unit. She opened her mouth and began to yell out towards those near her that could hear. "If you can hear me, distract him with you're jutsu and attempt to lock him up with something you have! We may not be the strongest just by ourselves but as a team we can beat him!"

Maikumaru

Maikumaru

A-rank
While the fight was edging on Maikumaru thought about the past. He thought about how he used to train with his master. After taking up this new mission against Kumo, he had stopped thinking about his old Mercenary master. He remembered how he used to be put through hell by going against the bandits. He also remembered the first time he met the old bastard. The first Bandit Maikumaru ever faced.

Maikeru stood in front of his Master, his Teacher, Takehare. Instead of being assigned a Jounin Squad like most other Genin, Maikumaru was placed with the Mercenary Division. It was very odd for his age, but it would probably have to do with something with his father had been in the Mercenary Division before leaving to join Kumo. Regardless, he was placed under the tutelage of Takehare, a veteran Mercenary. It was the first time the two had met. Takehare was large with a big beard. He circled Maikeru looked him up from head to toe. Sizing him up. “Alright kid...show me what you got.” Maikumaru cocked his head to the side. “What are you saying, Old Man? Me versus you? Are you crazy? That’s unfair!”

“Life is unfair. Now attack me, or I will attack you first. And if I have to do that, it will be far worse than it-” his words were cut short by a serious pain. He had his eyes closed and went into a stance of his arms around his back and head held high, as if lecturing a child. Maikeru didn’t like that, and landed a well placed kick to the groin. Takehare held himself and fell on the ground, grunting in pain. His grunts turned into a chuckle. It was unsettling enough to make Maikeru back up and hope that the retaliation wasn’t too painful. “Good. You already understand your first lesson. In the real world, there are no rules. When you are going after a bounty, it's more than likely they will be wanted Dead or Alive. And it seems you know that dirty fighting is just plain fighting. Well done.” He grabbed a hole of his knee and hoisted himself up. “Instead of facing me, how about you face some friends of mine.” He nicked of thumb drawing blood, and then performing hand seals. “Kuchiyose no Jutsu!” Before Maikeru stood monkeys a large Gorilla. He was very muscular, and towered above Maikeru. “This is Bo.” Takehare patted his shoulder. Bo nodded. “So this is your new apprentice. He looks spry.”

During this time Maikeru wasn’t the large giant that he would become. Though taller than most boys, he was only average before sprouting. Bo, walking on all fours, knuckles placed into the ground circled Maikeru just as Takehare did. He kneeled in close and sniffed him. “HEY! Watch what you are doing, ya big monkey.”

Maikeru’s heart dropped. It was probably in his best interest to not say that. Bo’s face looked less amused. Takehare slapped Maikeru across the head. “Respect your elders young man.” Maikeru rubbed his head. “It seems this one needs to be taught a lesson or two in manners, wouldn’t you say so, Takehare.”

“Oh definitely. As a matter of fact, why don’t you give him that lesson yourself. Thoroughly.” Bo stomped his fists on the ground, growling. “Today boy you are going to learn some Taijutsu. I will give you a preview of what you can accomplish if you shut up and listen. AND mind yourself.” He quickly gave Maikeru a jab to the stomach, forcing him to double over. “Ow...cheap shop.” He felt large hands wrapped around his sides, and pick him up. And before Maikeru knew it he was slammed on his back. “That’s called a Powerbomb, boy. You better get familiar with it.” Maikumaru layed on the ground with his arms and legs spread out. The impact was ferocious and incredible. “Ow…”

He grabbed Maikeru’s legs and lifted him on the shoulder. The boy was too dazed to even move. Bo ran, all four limbs stomping against the hard rock ground, and then he jumped up, slamming Maikeru into the ground once more. “And that is a running Powerslam. This is the art of Pro-Wrestling. The art of powering your opponents. The art of grappling them and slamming them as hard as possible.”
“But I thought it was fake.”

“It isn’t. But it requires a lot more power and physicality than the other styles to be able to execute these moves.” Takehare approached the two. “I think he’s had enough. We have a bounty to get to.” With that Bo was summoned away, and Takehare took an exhale. “Dammit. Wish they didn’t stick a kid on me right before I had to take in a mission.”

“Hey! You’re lucky to get an apprentice like me old man.”

“Oh boy am I lucky to take in a kid who won’t even be able to be a proper bounty hunter because he’ll be tied down to his village.” Maikumaru scowled at the man, unable for him to find a comeback. Takehare reached into his pocket and pulled out a large cigar. “Don’t worry about it kid. They pay me extra for this. Now let’s go. We have a bounty.”

“Who is it?”

“Just a common crook roaming around the mountains. Nothing special. The job pay will be absolute crap, and I have no idea why I took it (probably drunk), but it should be easy pickings. And I guess its good for showing you the ropes. How we will be doing things around here. The first thing we should establish is that I’m in charge.”

“Noted.”

“I’m serious Maikeru. If you don’t follow my orders to the T there’s a good chance you’ll get yourself killed. You won’t be doing missions like the other Genin. You won’t be catching wild animals from an escaped zoo or any of that bull crap. We'll be catching wild people from escaped prisons. Do you understand?”

Maikeru nodded, his face a lot softer, showing his subservients. “Good.” He puffed his cigar. “Let's go.” The two walked off, traveling through the Earth Country Badlands. The had been walking for approximately fifteen minutes before Maikeru would start to feel restless. “Where we going, Old Man? “

“Just walking. It doesn't take long for these bastards to pop. These bandits type anyway. We're in around the same area he hits.” Just stay sharp.

The two would walk for only a few minutes more. Then Maikumaru head a whis in the air. Takehare’s hand traveled across the young Genin’s face, catching a Kunai. Maikeru fell on his backside. “Of course a coward like you would try to target the little kid first.”

Maikeru looked over to find a young buff man standing ahead of them. Maikeru didn’t even see him at first. He wore a skin tight black suit with a mask over his mouth, and a hood to cover his face. Maikeru stood up and took his boxing stance. “Stay back Maik. You are being shown the ropes here.”

“That little runt will die just like you. Hand over your goods.”

Takehare ran towards him. The Bandit reached behind himself and pulled out a windmill shuriken. He threw it at Takehare, who pulled out a kunai of his own. He lifted his Kunai in front of him defending his attacks. The Shuriken spun on the Kunai, sparks flew everywhere. And then he threw it right back at him. The Bandit bent backwards, the windmill Shuriken flying past him. And then he bent back up. But Takehare already shoved a fist in his face. It threw him back and rolled across the ground. He stood and to find Takehare walking towards him. He stood up and engaged him in hand to hand combat. Takehare had an impenetrable defense, slipping thru each of his attacks by grappling them, be it a punch or a kick or an elbow or a knee, or even a headbutt. But then Takehare put in one offense. It was one powerful strike that sit him flying towards Maikeru. The enemy fell before Maikeru’s feet. There he was in a daze. A man who was wanted dead or alive. Maikeru reached behind himself, and pulled out a kunai. But the enemy had moved quickly. Next thing Maikeru knew was that there was a bandit grabbing him from behind, his femur on the Genin’s throat. And his own Kunai near his cheek. Takehare raised his hands. “Woah there. Let the kid go.”

The bandit rubbed the Kunai against Maik’s face. He very slightly rubbed the point across his face, drawing some blood. “I think I’m going to skin this kid and wear him like a coat.” The taunting made Takehare visibly angry. His face ward red and his hands clenched into fists. “Let the kid go, or your death will be more painful than ever.”

Maikeru looked at the Bandit and then back at Takehare. “Oh I’m so over this.” He wiped his foot backward, kicking his captive in the groin. Takehare rushed forward, and came at him with a straight punch. The impact was so hard, Maikeru could hear his skull crack. He saw the fist go straight inside his skull. Maikeru turned away. He didn’t have the stomach to watch this. Yet.

Takehare picked up the body and hoisted it on his shoulder. He sighed and walked towards his apprentice. “That was on me. I should have been more careful. I’ll be more careful next time.”

“You better old man. I’ll hold you to that. What do we do with the body?”

“Glad you ask. What I like to do is bring this to my employer as proof that I did the mission. Incase they think I’m pulling their leg. It's important to do this, even as a shinobi bound to a nation. Incase you get into any legal problems of it. Now, today was important. You were showed the ropes and you got the taste of what it’s like in my world. And what its like in your father’s world. Stick with me and I promise I won’t almost get you killed next time."

Later after the fight.

Maikumaru had lost his fight. He was shocked by lightning. He wasn’t fighting seriously anyway. He was pleased with himself. Those Genin were stronger than they were before they had fought him. Maikumaru sat on top of a building of Konoha, with a water bottle in his hand. Those Genin were stronger. Just as Takehare had made him stronger. He looked into the future of shinobi, and the first time in a while, he looked at the future of the shinobi as a whole, not only his fellow ninja of the The Hidden Stone. Leaping off the building, it was time to move on.

Masu

Masu

D-rank
Masu continued to stand her ground but to her disarray, no one came entering through her thick cloud of smoke. Could it be that her teammates did the job for her and took him down with the advantage of her own lightning? She knew Maikumaru was a strong opponent and not someone to be taken lightly. She waited in her cloud of smoke thinking about what this could be about, "Could this be a diversion? Maybe he's attacking the other genin and chunnin around. But why is it so silent someone must be making sounds for us to hear at least. Her head became flustered she was set in a circumstance that suited her more naturally than to escape from the clouds of smoke. Her stance and position was suited for CQC and not knowing what the next move was she couldn't compromise herself and put her in jeopardy if she lacked the vision of her target.

She quickly decided to blow around her to avoid the perception problem in front of her until she thought about calling to those around her for information. "Hey guys? I can't see much in here what happened to him is it all sorted? She would listen for any slight sound of movement, concentrating in the direction he had last been before ultimately been not too long ago. Slowly her feet shifted as her sword framed to the side of her body as she took slow steps to edge outside of her clouds. She never liked the idea of going into something unknowingly and this was less than comfortable, entering a region from a lack of eyesight into one where she may be hit by an attack from nowhere and she knew that a single blow from someone like him could lead to a knockout or even something broken. She kept the blade close to her body before slowly shuffling to the edge of the clouds themselves. Her breath drew deeper and deeper as she prepared for the worst either way she didn't hesitate for a single moment and stepped out.

The bright sunny day sprung her eyes close to shutting before the wind finally hitting her, did this somehow manage to transport her and her mind somewhere or was she just that obscured by the clouds themselves. Her mind had someone managed to come back to her as she figured the situation out. "Wait where did he go? Did he just manage to disappear? In the short time of her lightning attacks he vanished, was he wounded and hiding or simply done with the fight. Was this an admission of victory even though he at full strength would be able to body everyone two feet under. Maybe he just couldn't be bothered she looked up and about for any sign of him left. To her best bet, he probably had something urgent that had come unexpectedly she looked in the spot she had last seen until noticing the lack of path created any further from where she had fired her lightning. She smirked for a second until she released the crowd was cheering and seemed pretty happy with the result of the fight, obviously, they wanted a group of underdogs to prove their worth to those around them.

Masu quickly began to ponder what was so important that he would have to leave in such a hurry, but she didn't exactly know what happened in the aftermath. Hopefully, it was an interesting spectacle and not just one of those knock-off events.

Slowly as she walked towards the exit of the stage arena she began to think about her own fight in a similar environment, she would never forget the torment and feelings behind her fight with Fuyuko, the name never infuriated her just made her re-think her choice in that fight. She could have done something against her but she chose the easy way out and next time she wanted to prove that, she wanted to fight as many people until she would be lead to that girl once again. She needed this her inner rival in a sense, but for Fuyuko may see her more as an enemy that upset her with the lack of care she had once had.

Her feet stamped as she reached the exit arena door, staring back into the small little space and thinking about what she had just done and how her change of heart and passion had finally hit her. Nothing could be described much like this, it was so much different to the dark path she had once embarked upon. Her injuries were minimal and more induced by pressure on legs and lack of muscle relaxation, the adrenaline flowed throughout her as she finally got a taste of the action she had missed out on for such a long time.

There was nothing much like a fight, even her most basic scrappy fights had something left there for her to take on board. She loved the idea of being able to match her skills with an opponent of the same or better caliber. She disliked the idea of facing those who were much worse by a greater skill gap as she now saw it as a stomp and any match should include fair even stipulations unless there was more than one person to help all of those around them.
She began to grab some water from the lockers behind most of the audience members, her voice was a little raspy from the yelling and jutsu produced from her mouth. She needed and earned her drink if she did what she thought she had done.

Her thought then came back to the idea that maybe she will go and see Maik once again somewhere, on the battlefield together or maybe opposing each other or if she ever got to his skill level she would be able to have a decent one on one fight against him. That may be her next goal if she ever visited Iwa in her time she would have to pay him a visit of course.

She began to pack her things up as this was finally her time cast in Konoha as she had spent enough time in a great village like this and it was now her best bet to explore and meet those who where new and could teach her more about herself and jutsu's, maybe even finding other clan members in the process.  Her next step wouldn't be an easy one to take, would she take a look at those who were struggling to deal with the self-proclaimed god Hastur. Would she go and take another trip down to Suna after its wreckage and salvage anyone she had previously known from there. So many options to take a look at and decide but she flipped a coin to decide her fate, as she was always picky and never wanted to make a decision as she usually regrets them in time.

She pulled out a single coin and kissed it as she would slowly decide and widdle down to either Suna or Kumo next. "Heads is Kumo and tails is Suna." she didn't care what the outcome was as long as she felt like something pleasant will occur at her destination. She used her thumb and flicked the piece of copper into the air, as she caught it in her other hand quickly flipping it atop her hand. Her hands tremored for a single moment as she slowly raised her hand, not peaking at the result she had just given herself. She looked at it for a single moment thinking it was heads until she had a proper look and noticed it was really tails. Suna was the place to now go.

Her face smiled and she was more than pleased with the result, she sensed that something had been waiting for her there and this was the time to finally make her journey onwards to destiny. She slowly grabbed her bag of items and made haste towards the exit of the massive village hidden in the leaves. This was parting time and knew this was something that needed to be done, and who knows something may become more interesting to her than she realized. As she began to walk through the crowds of the arena, she was noticed by a few people before quickly putting her hood up to avoid any confrontation or fandom, she didn't need any unwanted attention when she wanted to lie low for some time until Suna. Her mind solely focused on those around her and the new environment she needed to place her self in, maybe the destruction of Suna brought the best out of the survivors or maybe the worst. She knew that any war or famished nation wouldn't be the most pleased with the situation as she was ready to have good intentions as she etched closer to the exit of the village walls hitting the gates onwards for the next step.

She doubled checked everything in her bag once again as she knew the next time she would visit Konoha would be a long time, or long enough that she would be forced there by an emergency. She quickly double gripped her sword to make sure it was in place as a few people bat an eye to her, but she couldn't care any less. She double checked her ninja tools and her clothing within her bag as she made haste. Putting both hands in the small pockets of her red jumper before the wind dragged her kimono in the light breeze, she was ready.

Tomohiro

Tomohiro

B-rank
This fight was truly insane. The ferocity that the man possessed was frightening. Tomo smiled as the fight continued. It wasn't until the two the young shinobi gained assistance that they were able to get an upper hand in the fight. He wasn’t quite sure how he felt about triple teaming a single opponent, but he would have gotten hurt a lot worse than what he had already been through. The fight didn’t last as long as he would have expected at first. The blows that were traded during the fight were beautiful. Tomohiro almost felt like a new man. The ecstasy that came with fighting sent his adrenaline skyrocketing. It reminded of when his father took on him and his older brother. Though, with not quite the same result. Beyond the introduction to this fight, the fight with his father had to be the worst to date. His father didn’t make it far within the shinobi ranks. That was according to what they told his brothers and sister. He never bothered to check and see if it was true or if the man was being modest.

The one thing he truly didn’t expect from this fight was that the man disappeared. There was no more hulking red chakra in his vision. He would then deactivate his Netsugan and looked around with his natural eyes. Everything was black and white and there was no more opponent in front of them. Tomohiro started to go into deep thought about what to do next. He still wanted to show more of his power. There was plenty of energy that had built up on the inside of him. It felt like a bottle of soda that had been shaken up and was about to explode. Tomohiro started to grit his teeth at the fact his opponent decided to runaway from the fight. There was no honor in running away having it been a basic spar or not. Cowardice was a sign of weakness. Well, there was nothing left for him to do. It was time to pack it up and leave. The Nakir sheathed his weapon and walked away as the crowd cheered.

Tomohiro made his way to a nearby tea shop and sat down. He contemplated what he should have done better. An old man came by and poured him a cup of tea as he danced his fingers on the table. He reimagined the fight to find out what would happen next. Most of the strikes in his mind were either blocked or countered. There were a few hits that slipped through the defence of his mental opponent. With each counter, he physically flinced. Some of the patrons in the store were giving him weird looks as his finger tip pats became louder. Tomoihro took a sigh as he brought the cup of tea to his lips. The tea was soothing and brought a certainty of peace to him. Though, he wanted to bash in a few heads. He figured that it was probably better that he go on a mission or two to help out with the rest of the exam. All the bottled up energy wasn’t a good thing. Then he remembered that he could battle a few of his clansmen that traveled with him. That would be the perfect time for him to reduce the excess pressure.

Not all of his fights made him feel like this. If he knew that fighting shinobi from other villages would be like this, he would have challenged more people. The very least he would have tried to make himself more open for availability. The best thing he thought about doing was hunting down his clansmen. It wouldn’t have been too hard. They mostly stayed around the area of their temporary rooming. The Nakir couldn’t stand the thought of the little in. The space was tight and quite uncomfortable. Assam definitely didn’t like it and he was sorry that he had to keep the poor tiger away from others. The tiger wasn’t old enough to go out on his own. Tomohiro didn’t think about getting him an identification tag to mark him as a ninneko. He would probably try and do that since he was already out. At the very least get the tiger a scarf or bandana. He didn’t like the idea of putting a collar on Assam, so a scarf definitely would do better. Maybe, the scarf could be black.
