Water Release - Water Clone Technique:

Description: The Water Clone Jutsu is similar to the Shadow Clone Jutsu except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's chakra. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. Water clones are capable of only using suiton jutsu provided they have enough chakra to cast it. A maximum of six clones may be created at any one time. The clone automatically disperses when it runs out of chakra, or when hit by any attack that can cause a noteworthy level of physical damage [second/third degree burns, broken bones, stab wounds, etc] or a C-rank/2 D-Rank offensive jutsu

These mudballs travel at a speed of 25m/s making it a high speed jutsu, but one that can never break through a defensive jutsu because of it's divided strength into the seperate balls.

Description:

The user can either use pre-existing earth to create a wall, or spit out a huge quantity of mud to form a wall.

When Using pre-existing earth, the technique will be formed quicker and be able to reach a height of 5m and a width of at most 20m, but it will only be able to withstand a single jutsu of D to B rank before crumbling apart.

When using one's own chakra as the base material, the wall will be smaller with a height of 5m and a max width of 10m, but it will be able to withstand up to two jutsu of its own rank.

These tendrils do not have a speed of their own and the relative speed of this jutsu is based on the user's own dexterity.

While using this technique, any raiton technique used upon these tendrils may cause damage of one rank higher, though the user can counter this effect by paying an extra 5 chakra at activation to completely purify the tendrils of any and all impurities.

Description: The user creates a glowing ball of chakra in their hand and places it over a wound minor wound. The user must still be wary of attacks, however, because jutsu of C-Rank and higher will remove the ball of chakra and cause further damage to the area. This jutsu cannot be used on burns or wounds deeper than 3 inches. The scab will remain in place for up to five posts without maintenance, before fading away.

Description:
The user simply creates a small orb of about five centimeters in diameter consisting out of medically charged chakra in one of their hands and presses it upon a small cut or wound: (E rank-low D rank damage) less than 1 cm deep cuts, minor first degree burns, onset of necrosis, etc. The orb of chakra will do some immediate healing in terms of dulling the pain and form itself as a patch upon the desired area.

For three posts it wil slowly heal the area and protect it from further harm, though any jutsu of C rank or higher could overwhelm it.

Just for the record, Jutsu now no longer need cooldowns, and get no benefits for having them (it doesn't count as a drawback). You can have them on your jutsu if you want, but I just want to let you know that you could remove them all at no cost.

Water Release- Soaring Water Snake: This has a mid effect in its range and a max effect in it's stat debuff. Jutsu only get one max effect until A-Rank naturally, so you'll either have to lower the range to 10 meters or add a Mid-Effect Drawback.

ok...so if I were to remove the debuff from the soaring snake and simply keep it as a non-damaging knock back tech, would that fit? (that was the original version anyway, lol)

also...if there's no more need for a cooldown, do please fix that in the guidelines, as all these were edited through the use of the current guidelines

Description:
After making the necessary handseals required to cast this technique, a long tendril of up to ten meters in length will form, coating the user's arms from the elbow upwards. These tendrils can be used to slash and whip at an opponent, which can cause lacerations of up to 1 cm deep at most.

These tendrils do not have a speed of their own and the relative speed of this jutsu is based on the user's own dexterity.

While using this technique, any raiton technique used upon these tendrils may cause damage of one rank higher, though the user can counter this effect by paying an extra 5 chakra at activation to completely purify the tendrils of any and all impurities.

It's quite startling, and is useful for confusing or catching targets off-guard; their field of vision is also obscured from many angles.. The seafoam lasts 2 posts after the end of this jutsu before dissipating into regular water.

Description: The user creates a glowing ball of chakra in their hand and places it over a wound minor wound. It will bond with the skin cells surrounding the wound and act as a scab, protecting the area from further harm and infection while also preventing any bleeding. The user must still be wary of attacks, however, because jutsu of C-Rank and higher will remove the ball of chakra and cause further damage to the area. This jutsu cannot be used on burns or wounds deeper than 3 inches. The scab will remain in place for up to five posts without maintenance, before fading away.

Description:
The user simply creates a small orb of about five centimeters in diameter consisting out of medically charged chakra in one of their hands and presses it upon a small cut or wound: (E rank-low D rank damage) less than 1 cm deep cuts, minor first degree burns, onset of necrosis, etc. The orb of chakra will do some immediate healing in terms of dulling the pain and form itself as a patch upon the desired area.

For three posts it wil slowly heal the area and protect it from further harm, though any jutsu of C rank or higher could overwhelm it.

Muscle tissue and second degree burns will take 2 posts to heal instead of one, and this technique can only be used for up to 4 posts.
